Live the Slow Life at an All-Season Mountain Escape

A private, spacious 4 bedroom house located in the Catskills Mountain, in the Town of Windham, NY just 2 hours from New York City. Perfectly suited for all 4 seasons. Minutes away from Windham Mountain Resort, the Northeast’s year-round outdoor lifestyle destination and about 20 minutes to Hunter Mountains. Wake up to breathtaking views of the mountains all year-round from large windows. Four bedrooms: 2 with queen size beds; 1 with bunk bed (twin and full size bed at the bottom) and 1 with two single beds. Five Star Cottage comfortably sleeps 8 to 9 guests. The main floor has a open floor plan, multiple large skylights and views of Windham Mountains. Cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, Smart TV with WiFi plus dining area with table that seats 6 and opens up to accommodate 10. Full kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances. A bedroom with 2 single beds. Also, a half bath and spa room are located in the main floor. Large deck with seating and gas grill to enjoy life outdoors. The top floor have 2 bedrooms (one with a private balcony), a full bath with tub and shower. Catwalk overlooking the living room on the main floor. The lower level is home to one bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with shower and tub plus a beautiful den with a large sectional sofa, Smart TV with WiFi and multiple board games. Plus, laundry room with new washer and dryer. Walk out into the yard from lower level and enjoy life outdoors. Guests will have full access at Five Star Cottage which includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen with pots, pans and utensils, family room, two TV's with WiFi, den, laundry room with washer and dryer, spa room with hot tub, private balcony, large deck and 2-acres of land. Please contact me for instructions to get access to the house. The cottage is within minutes of Windham Mountain, the closest ski resort to NYC. Hiking trails and golf courses are nearby, as are places to go mountain biking and horseback riding. Nearby Windham Path is a family-friendly spot for novice hikers. The best way to get around is by car.

Come to beautiful Delaware County and settle into serene and comfortable surroundings for a restorative getaway in any season at this lovely Bovina cabin. Enjoy the hot tub, wrap-around deck, firepit, and pristine pond on 8 acres of rolling hillside property. *Notes: While our Air BnB Plus photo shoot was taken in winter, the cabin is a fantastic year-round respite, beautiful in every season. Also - each adult beyond 2 is $25 per night, but we do not charge for children, so do not include kids in your guest # (but let us know). Inside this 2- bdrm Catskills cabin, you'll find an open living/kitchen space with comfy couches and wood stove. Outside, there's a wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub. The cabin sits mountainside on eight beautiful acres of meadows, forest, a fantastic swimming pond and a fire pit. Swimming pond, deck, grill, fire pit, outdoor hot tub, wi-fi, and great local dining and festivals. Nearby farm stands, hiking, skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, and low-key town pool (in Andes). Amazing beef cattle are just down the road, so if you'd like some for the grill, we can put it in the fridge! We live right up the road so are readily available to answer all of your questions and provide whatever we can to make your stay memorable. The cabin is on Bramley Mountain in the beautiful town of Bovina Center. Neighboring farms offer organic veggies, grass-fed meat, cheese, and milk. The town also has top-rated Catskill dining, including Brushland Eating House, Table on Ten, and the Mountain Brook Inn. We're three hours from NYC by car. A beautiful ride! Buses also run regularly from Port Authority to nearby Andes or Delhi, so if you don't have a car, we're happy to pick you up. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full bed), blow-up bed, games, books, DVDs and video streaming access.

Hunter Mountain Retreat nestled in the Trailside complex is steps from the slopes. During the ski season, you can walk through parking lot & ski down to get your lift ticket. The Kaatskill Mountain Club is on the opposite side of the trails where you can go for dinner or a drink at the bar. Activities include Zipline, Skyride, Disc Golf, Horseback Riding. Trailside is by far the best & most luxurious place to stay in Hunter. Our rates are very reasonable for the luxury & location.
