This was our second time staying at Sara's place. The experience was just as wonderful as the first time. The peaceful surroundings, privacy and beautiful views are amazing. It's a great place to make memories with your family. The cleanliness and Sara's attention to detail and willingness to make your feel at home, will definitely have you coming back for years to come. I definitely recommend it!

The cottage is beautiful, tranquil, and very comfortable - a one of a kind place. The history of the cottage is very interesting and was part of our wonderful stay there. We, along with our guests with four legs, relished walking the serene property. David was a great host - very helpful, responsive, and nice to work with. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful sustainable farm! Our kids loved interacting with the animals and picking and eating the fresh fruits and vegetables from their varied farm. Nancy and Richard were wonderful hosts and gave a wealth of farming knowledge and experience. We definitely got a lot more than we anticipated! We all had a lovely stay and hope to visit again!

A great place to stay for a weekend of basketball at spookynook. It was conveniently located, clean, cozy and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by hosts and their animals. We loved feeding the horse!

This adorable revamped barn was the perfect weekend get away. My friends and I celebrated my 30th Birthday and this was the perfect setting. We woke up to the sun shining in the house and we enjoyed our coffee over the most beautiful picturesque backyard. The trees still had a few colorful leaves left on them and the horses grazed the field. We don’t have a single negative thing to say about this home.

We stayed with our family of 5 (3 kids age 5 and under) and were very comfortable in the guest house. The loft bedroom is very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The farm and surrounding area is peaceful and the kids loved seeing the animals. Easy drive to Knoebels. It was a great little getaway for our family.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Place was as described. It is a very large vintage farmhouse. Had the looks and feel of staying at grandma’s house with plenty of space to spread out. Only negative, was because the house had carpets, drapes, pillows etc., it was tough on my allergies. I stayed in the room with the two beds because it was without carpet and it was fine after I removed the pillows. The other guests in my party had no issues.

Seriously one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The views are incredible and don’t get me started on the patio and cows! We loved seeing the longhorns outside everyday; definitely the highlight. I will say since it was the start of spring and a bit warmer our first and second night, we battled a little bit with the AC/heat to get it to the right temp, but we also like sleeping in a very cool room at night. Although it does work perfectly! We felt totally safe staying there and we cannot wait to be back! Feels just like a second home!

This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway. Anastasia was super quick to respond with any questions. The horses they have on the property are absolutely gorgeous and super friendly. Great area for hiking and lots of waterfalls to see as well.

This is our 5th time staying at the cottage and we are already planning our next trip for the summer. The cottage is clean, comfy, and peaceful. It's located in a short driving distance of all the local attractions. Marina and Frank are wonderful, kind, lovely people. Be sure to ask Frank about the property's history with the Doan Gang! Amy’s cottage was just perfect. Easy to get to and so comfortable inside. any time of year would be beautiful there. Interior was clean and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again! Amy’s response time to questions we had before hand was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house and the property is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The flies and the wasps were a little to much. That is part of nature though. I would recommend that the doors from the inside of house that are only locked from the outside have a lock on the inside as well. I would also recommend some time of blind or curtain to put on all upstairs doors including the ones looking over the event space, for privacy when wanted. I loved the kitchen layout. Gave me some ideas for the remodeling of my own kitchen. Thank you Lindsay for all your accommodations and sending my daughters stuffed animal back home to us that we accidentally left behind.

We love Simone's place. Great location for those looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful. We had no issues and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Barb’s barn home is a beautiful escape into nature. Great place for the whole family to feel at home!

Staying here was wonderful and Anne was an incredibly gracious and proactive host. The property is quite nice and a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The space works out great for two people, is very cozy, and well stocked with anything type of kitchen utensils you might need if you were to stay in and cook. Would recommend staying here if you want to explore Longwood, Kennet square, or West Chester. Thank you for a lovely weekend Anne!

Bears eye view was one of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen. We arrived right before a snow storm so getting out of the driveway without turning on the 4wd was a bit of a challenge, which was no problem as the house had everything you could ever dream of! Was such an amazing getaway from crazy life. Being allowed to use the fireplaces in the house was a huge plus. I truly cannot wait to come back as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

We had a great time staying at the barn! The property was beautiful and very peaceful. The horses, donkeys, goat, and dogs were all very friendly and my family had a great time visiting with all the animals at the property. The host was super accommodating and provided some recommendations for local restaurants and pizza (which was delicious!). Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with outdoor activities in every direction. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and very well equipped! Penny (the donkey) was a sweetheart, and watching storms roll over the nearby hills was a thunderous treat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for rural peace and incredible night skies.

We stayed at the Airbnb during a long weekend for skiing at Liberty Mountain . They were five of us including two little kids and a puppy. Shelley‘s description of the place was spot on and the place was very cozy and comfortable. The property is just a short 10 minute drive to liberty Mountain ski resort. The old historic farmhouse has been beautifully restored and has a lovely setting with stunning views. There was ample space around the property to walk our puppy and the kids enjoyed walking up and down the steep stairway. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, despite the really frigid weather! Kudos to Shelly for maintaining the place so well.

It’s not easy to find a place where 10 adults and 8 kids can all stay, play, sleep, eat, and shower comfortably— believe me, we did a lot of looking! But Sue’s place was all that and more. It’s spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and well-stocked. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms and separate seating areas with games and televisions and comfortable seating. The game barn is super fun and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Sue met us at check in to show us around and was super friendly and helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We enjoyed our vacation immensely, largely thanks to having such a great place to stay.
