We had a great time at Yann's place. The house is ideally located, 300 m from the sea and beaches and a creperie. The house has everything you need to feel at home, it's perfect! And above all we had sunshine so of course, we will come back because the whole family loved this stay!

Nathalie is very nice and attentive to her tenants. Her mom is adorable and attentive which is very nice. The house is in a very good location and is a pleasant place to stay. Exceptional sea views. Fully fenced, super appreciable when you have animals, the plus is that you have a place to park in front of the house. Very quiet place to spend a stay Impeccable bedding, for the equipment there was nothing missing. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to return.

We immediately felt comfortable in the tasteful and cozy, sparkling clean house. Laetitia greeted us in a friendly way and explained everything important to us. She was a helpful point of contact during our whole stay. In the information folder we found good suggestions and excellent restaurants. We're already looking forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed the accommodation: as described, very clean, perfect bedding, easy to find and many places to park right in front. This house is tastefully decorated. Of course, as we were there for the new year we could not enjoy the terrace and pool but we had a covered jacuzzi available which is a plus this season. In addition, the house is close to shops and the port, the neighborhood is very quiet and Le Guilvinec is central enough to visit the area. We were greeted very kindly by Alain who gave us all the instructions and who kindly came by one late evening to provide us with matches. We highly recommend this house.

House with incredible views, almost direct access to the beach. We were 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) and everyone was comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen, swimming pool and jacuzzi, a real plus, the children loved it. Thanks to Vanessa for hosting us. I highly recommend this rental.

we stayed here for Christmas and New Year's Eve 1.5 weeks with our family with young children. The house has all the comforts for relaxation and you can walk the beach in such a year. We have enjoyed and definitely recommend the stay.

We spent two very nice weeks at Laëtitia's house. From the house it is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy beach of Pentrez. From the living room or also from the terrace you have an impressive view of the large bay of Pentrez and can look at Douarnenez. From the house it is 5 minutes to the coastal hiking trail, which also offers spectacular views. The house is lovingly decorated, modern clean bathroom and functional kitchen with good amenities. Also noteworthy is the car parking space on the property behind an electric gate as well as the well-kept garden. Communication with Laëtitia was absolutely hassle-free, very friendly and with very short response times. The hosts also take care of the waste disposal, i.e. garbage cans are put out by them to the collection dates or glass is brought to the container. We would spend a vacation in this house again any time.

Just a perfect stay at Virginie and Christine's. The house is ideally located, shops and beaches within walking distance, and private parking space (even for 2 cars). The house is very well-equipped, we didn't lack anything, everything was there. The big +: baby equipment, nothing was forgotten and it's really very convenient. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The house is bathed in light, spacious and very pleasantly arranged and decorated. The outdoor space is also very nice and well-equipped. A real little cocoon, ideal for families with small children. Christine and Virginia are very nice, responsive and accommodating. And the welcome is really nice. ☺️ In short, we were won over and will come back without hesitation on an upcoming visit to Brittany.

What a pleasure to have discovered this haven of peace, in this beautifully decorated little house. No overlooks, a view of nature, a nice terrace, a stove to warm up our evenings... everything was perfect. The ocean is just around the corner. Veronique was very responsive to all our questions. Accommodation in a very good location between Concarneau and Pont Aven. The beach is very easily accessible by foot. Despite the freshness (stay in December) we enjoyed the area. Calm assured in the accommodation. The stove was welcome during this cool week.

Idyllic and unique place... a piece of the world! Sunsets not to be missed on the tip of Tudy Island. Charming, comfortable and sufficient cottage for two people. Beautiful walks on foot by the GR. Shore fishing for amateurs and oyster shells to collect for the little ones.

A very, very nice house with a magnificent view. We lived with the sea. The sound of the waves put us to sleep and we woke up again with the sea. The sea was very calm during our time, the beach is very clean and sheltered. The surroundings invite you to activities. We often had a coffee at the nearby bar. The center of Audierne is within walking distance. Good restaurants and bakeries are available. The contact with Erika and her husband was very friendly. Detached house with large property. Everything is available for a relaxing holiday - games for indoors and outdoors, barbecue, seating area in the garden. Very quiet surroundings not far from the beach. Ideal starting point for exploring Finistere.
