Very spacious, clean and well-equipped accommodation! Parking space available at the foot of the accommodation. A beautiful bathroom, a large bedroom, and a comfortable living room to stay for several days. The place is quiet, nestled in the woods! I hope to return someday for a longer period of time!

We had a great time in Sophie's apartment. Everything is as shown and in the photos. The location in the heart of the Palace is very convenient, close to all the amenities of the Palace, ideal for crisscrossing the island. You feel good in the apartment, with personal objects and books! There is also "background" in the kitchen, it's convenient, but above all warm, because you feel at home. Thank you Sophie!

Great 4 night stay! With my partner, we were able to enjoy this very clear and well-equipped accommodation (kitchen, linen...). The apartment located in St-Nazaire is ideal for going to La Baule, Le Croisic, Pornic... Very quiet neighborhood and building with free spaces nearby and private parking! Host is very responsive! Very happy with this stay!

This was our second stay at Olivier's house in Auray and we liked it just as much. Last time, the weather was hot but this time it was more unsettled so it was ideal to be able to pop back if the weather changed. Although St Goustan is irresistible, don't miss exploring Auray as well with it's bustling Monday market, the newly renovated Les Halles and cafés and restaurants in and around Place des Roues - a favourite spot of ours. Thank you Olivier and Marie for another great stay in gorgeous Auray-St Goustan!

we have really been in a haven of peace with quality services, a spacious place, very close to the beach, beautiful walks by the sea and small huts on each beach where it is good to sit down to eat or have a drink. jean Paul and Chantal are very nice and accommodating. a great stay with our 8-month-old grandson. recommended+++ we will go back without a problem so much we enjoyed the place. Beautiful modern house, very nice living room, spacious bedrooms, the only small downside the lack of outdoor lighting.

We had a nice stay at Romain's apartment. Thanks to his dad for hosting us. The apartment is as described. The park is beautiful and you can easily walk to the beach.

We had a great time. The accommodation is located a short walk to the beach, very clean and very well-equipped for an apartment of this size. We also appreciated having a lot of essentials on arrival (coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, seasoning, dishwashing products and laundry...). We'll be happy to go back.

We recommend this listing 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. He offers a very well-appointed and very clean home. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We didn't use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, because the area is very well equipped with bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz-sur-Mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini-golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron... To be repeated! And soon!

Accommodation as described. The volumes of the rooms are larger than the impression left by the photos. The apartment's south-facing orientation allows you to enjoy the sun in this month of February. Laurent is an extremely pleasant host. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend it and would love to come back.
