The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We were extremely comfortable in Agnes’ lovely villa. Great location for the Orba/Jalon valleys, sandy beaches, Ondara shopping, and Dénia town. The views are amazing! Agnes was a very welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended :-)

A wonderful big house for our big family & 1 month holiday. The house is newly constructed and contains all the necessities for a large group: enough bedrooms, toilets and showers, all rooms refurbished with air heat pumps, necessary in winter and summer alike (the nights were sometimes chilly in December but we were never cold). The small and big kids enjoyed the large yard, our 6-year old grandchild learned to ride a bike on Christmas Eve :-) The only drawback for us was the surrounding environment: you need to use a car to get anywhere, even across the heavily trafficked street to the local restaurant, with no traffic lights or crosswalks for pedestrians anywhere in sight. Our young folks would have enjoyed a more easy access to bars and services. Pedro José is the most caring, responsive and helpful host we have met in our Airbnb career. He went out his way to assist in any matter, even got a wider bed for us tall Nordic old couple. And his paella is to die for, recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was just near the sea, it had all the things that were mentioned. Bea was very helpful. We did miss a kettel but I guess drinking tea is not very common to this area. Also had a minor problem with the toilet but the host tried as hard as she could. Would recommend this place to families with children - the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all (in October))

The villa was beautiful and very spacious for four guests. Our adult children used the upstairs apartment and we congregated downstairs and outside. For a November break, the heated swimming pool made it usable which it definitely would not have been, at least for us, without the heating. The decor is lovely and well thought through. We each had our own bathroom which worked really well. Maria was brilliantly responsive, getting back to us within minutes each time we asked a question. If you are staying here you must try the XXL Board at Gastrobar 21 about 100m down the road. And our restaurant recommendation in town would be Just Taste which we went back to twice. We walked into town which took about half an hour and taxied back for less than €10. We loved our stay in Villa Andres.

What a wonderful place, location was absolutely amazing, so close to everything. Maria was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. The Balcony is beyond words, the view is insane, so spacious and relaxing. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Great stay , in this quiet and charming place in the heart of the mountains . Beautiful view from our terrace. Clean accommodation, easy to check in thanks to the key box. Comfortable beds. Very functional kitchen. Beautiful decor . The private pools are just beautiful… and close to the accommodation . Very nice and very responsive host. Beach not very far but be careful it is a very sporty hike difficult access because path with huge stones ...
