Simply spectacular!!.. great location (next to the wall and main entrance to the old town), close to the main tourist attractions and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The owner (Belén) is always attentive to any requirement and gave us useful information about the area and activities, just arrive. A 10. And about the apartment, a wonder. Everything unprepared, well used in the spaces and the room in the loft enables the apartment for 2 couples perfectly. If I go back to Ávila, we will definitely be back.

Juan Carlos has been a very host. Ready and quick if you have any questions. Your stay is in line with what is described in the listing. The detail of the "breakfast" is appreciated. The only thing that would improve would be some mattress and some box spring and, I would fix the portal door, because of the noise. Even so, we were very comfortable and would repeat.

The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

Excellent stay in Casita de Madera, we loved it. A very quiet area with a lot of greenery and supermarkets nearby. The house is very comfortable, heating and everything you need. We were looking forward to coming back in the summer.

The house is very open to a beautiful environment. It is very comfortable and well equipped, easy to live in. We had a great few days there as a family, everyone had their space. Nicole remains very attentive and responsive which makes the stay even easier. Perfect to relax and enjoy the sun and nature.

We spent a weekend with my brother and his family and wanted a place to be quiet and it was an excellent stay. The main hall and the super spacious attic. All rooms are very good. Ideal for going with friends or family. A lot of room to do many activities both inside and outside the house. And 15 minutes to Toledo. We were very comfortable, the accommodation is in a quiet area and it is very easy to park, it is all very modern and we have been very comfortable, it has two supermarkets nearby. Very comfortable beds, with air conditioning, and wifi. Everything is perfect!

Every member of the family found their own cozy spot, making it a truly memorable getaway. A special mention to the hostess, who was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. We were pleasantly surprised, the apartment is small but very cozy and has all the facilities to make you feel at home. Its location is super convenient, two blocks from a metro station, one block from a bus stop, and three blocks from a shopping center/supermarket. The area is quite quiet and the only noise you feel is the water coming down the pipes of the back apartment. I recommend it 100%, I would stay there again on a next visit to the city, without hesitation.

Loved the location even though it’s about 20-30 min by uber to the center of Madrid. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a good restaurant, pharmacy and supermarket at walking distance. I would definetly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Madrid.
