Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pelayos de la Presa

Our host Andre was fantastic. Great communication and happy to help with any questions we had. Location was convenient to get around by foot or by metro. Was a little noisy at night with people walking down the street.

The place was great, super clean and beautiful. The check in check out process was easy. The flat is very well maintained and the furnitures in a very good state, beds are comfy. The host is super friendly and helped us with recommendations. The flat is close to the village and ski slopes. Great place to stay

The apartment looked same as on pictures. Everything I needed for my stay was there. Santiago is an excellent host, communicative, responsive and easy to deal with.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Great location, steps to the Royal Palace and Opera House was a block or so away. Place is clean, and they are very responsive.

Excellent location very close to the metro and with supermarket in front. Evelyn was very helpful and pleasant at all times. Recommended 100%, the airbnb was for my parents and they were happy to return to Madrid they will repeat stay.

We were very comfortable, the accommodation is in a quiet area and it is very easy to park, everything is very modern and we were very comfortable, it has two supermarkets nearby. The beds are very comfortable, with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect!

Singular! Takes the top spot among the coolest places we’ve stayed. It was a pleasure to get rained in. Fantastic proximity to the most peaceful part of Madrid. Gustavo is a welcoming and responsive host and creative designer.

This apartment is fantastic! It is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Looks exactly like in the photos. The decor is gorgeous, making it feel right at home after a day of exploring. It is in the heart of Chueca, which is fun for queer folks. We definitely will stay here again on another Madrid trip.

This apartment was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It had a beautiful view of the place and was pretty easy to get to. We took the metro and then walked to the apartment. (I would not recommend that if yoy have larger luggage as it was mostly up hill). The beds were really comfortable. Shower pressure was great. The apartment is not to far from the Malasaña neighborhood, which had some really great restaurants. John gave really clear instructions, which was so nice for check in and check out.

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

Apartment exactly like the pictures. Excellent location, right in the center and you can do everything on foot, including supermarket and restaurants. Kitchen complete with everything you may need, in addition to having a washing machine. Good communication with the host.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. Everything worked, every outlet, the w/d, the lift, and the finishes were great, like brand new. Perfect place to recover from our explorations of the amazing Madrid!

The location was perfect and although it is very close to the Royal Palace, it was nice it was off a side street so there was little to no street noise. Given that there were 4 of us traveling, it was nice to have essentially 2 units, each with their own kitchen, bathroom, and dining space. Everything was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again!
