This was our second stay at Belén's flat and we just love it! Beautiful accommodations, local to all the sights in downtown Avila, and Belén is a great host. We recommend highly and will definitely be back!

The house is very cozy and everything is tidy and clean. There is everything you need in all the rooms. It's not missing a detail. Very spacious. Oana is really friendly.

Spectacular stay. The estate can't be nicer, full of trees and birds. Very quiet, all very comfortable, good amenities and extremely friendly and generous hosts. To repeat without a doubt.

We went for a work issue in Madrid and we were looking for a quiet place around, which this apartment complied perfectly. Very friendly hosts, perfectly clean apartment and very well located. We loved the experience and 100% recommend the place, we will keep it in mind for future occasions.

Accommodation that pleasantly surprised me, in person even more beautiful . Highly recommended to go as a family, with everything necessary and all kinds of amenities and appliances that you may need..... parking easily accessible and in a very nice residential development, with parks and green areas in front , a Mercadona in front of the house to which you can walk... Jorge as an excellent host, very friendly and accessible both for arrival and departure, I facilitate the stay and it was flexible thing that is appreciated traveling with children . I was surprised by the detail of the breakfast when arriving: juice, milk, fresh water in the fridge, pastry and place for the children... jam toast,coffee.... Thank you Jorge and family , I'm sure we will repeat and hope that without the storm that has touched us to be able to take advantage of the beautiful area where it is located. Best regards

Located at the foot of the wall, it is possible to access the inner part of the wall with a few steps. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The heating worked perfectly. When we need instructions on the operation of the Javier equipment came to us and explained everything to us, excellent assistance. In the same building and on the front street there were works, but it did not disturb us at all, because the time they happened was the same when we were walking and when we came back at the end of the day there was no more noise. The accommodation does not have parking, but it is possible to find public spaces nearby. Certainly when I return to Ávila I will stay at that accommodation again.

Cozy, very well equipped with everything you need, everything is very clean and tidy. The place is beautiful, very peaceful and surrounded by nature. We went as a family for a weekend and found it ideal. The location is very good, we would repeat it 100%

Beautiful house with very spacious spaces, perfect for large groups. The rest area is separate from the living room which gives autonomy for different needs. The attention from the hosts was quick and friendly, facilitating at all times. For the characteristics of our group it would have been good to have one more bathroom, since one of the bathrooms is inside a room.

We were very comfortable, the accommodation is in a quiet area and it is very easy to park, it is all very modern and we have been very comfortable, it has two supermarkets nearby. Very comfortable beds, with air conditioning, and wifi. Everything is perfect!

Short stay but place with incredible charm. We felt at home. Everything is the same or better than in the pictures. It was a family reunion and the tranquility you breathe is unparalleled. I will be back for sure

Our stay at this beautiful house was absolutely perfect! The property is spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated my large family. Everything worked flawlessly, which made our experience stress-free. The stunning view added a serene touch to our Christmas holiday, and the heated pool was a fantastic bonus, especially on the colder days. There was plenty of room for everyone—whether it was to relax, chat, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Every member of the family found their own cozy spot, making it a truly memorable getaway. A special mention to the hostess, who was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

The house was spectacular. The pool is even better than the pictures. It is ideal for being with children. It has a very useful and cozy play area and all furnishings are of very high quality. I can openly say it's the best cottage I've been to (and haven't been in a few). Aurelio is a great guy, we had a great time with him and he was always attentive to everything we needed. We'll be back!

This is the second time staying here and there will be third! It's one of the best places on airbnb I've tried. The house is beautiful and the area is very quiet and nice with the reservoir next door. Very easy to communicate with the landlords. 10/10

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. The apartment had everything needed to spend a few days. Jose was always very attentive to our requests and always responsive and communicative. We would repeat without hesitation but sadly we were honored to be the last tenants as José informed us that he had sold the dwelling. Thank you Jose and best regards from Melilla.

It was a wonderful place to explore the region. We were even able to go for a trail run straight from the apartment up to El Yelmo. Would repeat!

We are French. We were well received. The place was great, clean. We had everything we needed to cook, wash our laundry, and dry it. We can't be better off! If I have to come back to Madrid, I'll be back at this place! Thanks to Gabriela!

It was a great location lovely little town lots of good restaurants, beautiful surroundings and a good base to visit Segovia. Everything was very clean and in good working order.

We had a fantastic week at Carolina's place. We weren't sure how it would go because it is a top floor apartment with no lift and no parking, and our kids are 4 and 2, but it worked out great, we loved it. The apartment feels very spacious and the kids were very relaxed there. You can drive the car to the door to unload your stuff, and then we used the big free car park beside the apartment. There is also an exercise station and little kids bike park beside the carpark. This is full of local kids every evening. The apartment is in a perfect location in the little village of Mataelpino which has a good playground and a lovely square with a slide my kids loved. There's also a great shop for meat, cheese, fresh bread etc, and a couple of cafes and restaurants. Everyone is very friendly. You can walk or run into the mountains from the door of the apartment and quite a few days we didn't use our car at all. We would definitely stay again.
