Captain is a great host, he was understanding with the check in/out. The place is clean and very accessible from Legoland.

Our 2nd time here for short vacation and as my personal opinion, this is the best apartment ive been stayed so far as they provide water dispenser so we don’t need to buy mineral water for us to drink, microwave, washing machine with detergent, a lot of hanger. Really feel like home🥰

We had a great stay at Paul's place. it was neat, clean and had all the requirements for a peaceful, accessible and comfortable stay. We were able ro park our car in a sheltered parking. kids also enjoyed the location with the beachfront right across the house. overall a good stay and value for money. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will book again on our next visit.

It's very good!!!!!👍🏻The host is even better. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We made a lot of beautiful memories in this unit and on the beach. Other units are smelly and buggy, but we don't have this unit at all. We don't have to ask the host for help. But the host helped us throughout our stay. They provided us with information about the unit as well as information about the trip to Malaysia. We received a lot of help from the kind host. I will choose this unit without hesitation on my next vacation too. It's a place I only want to know.ㅋㅋDon't hesitate to choose. You won't regret it. It's really the best.😍

I booked this last-minute for my family (4 adults) at under RM250. The room had a kitchen, fridge, and everything we needed. I didn’t take pictures since the listing photos were accurate. I also requested early check-in, and the host kindly allowed me to check in 1 hour earlier. Check-in was simple, no need to meet anyone in person, and no deposit required, which I really appreciated. I had a minor issue with the door lock, but the host resolved it quickly. The unit is around 60 sqft, with strong Wi-Fi and free Netflix. The balcony was a nice touch, and the bathroom had a bidet. The hot water wasn’t very hot, but it was fine. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the pool was great—rules weren’t too strict, so we enjoyed it. The lock was password-based, and parking was provided with a RFID. Overall, a great experience. 5 stars for the host!

Great view from the apartment. The apartment itself is spotless and comes with great facilities for a short stay. There’s also a Jaya Grocer right at the mall below. Not the most convenient walking over from CIQ as a section of the bridge is closed for the RTS, so don’t walk if you have wheeled luggages. Also, blocks can be hard to find from the inside but you can ask R&F Mall concierge for directions. Easy to get around JB with Grab or order food delivery in (they will leave it with the security guards at the ground floor).
