Beachfront vacation rentals in Pefkoulia beach

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. Thank you again Elena!

Such a luxurious apartment, we didn’t want to leave! After traveling for a long time, we could fully relax in the comfortable bed and watch movies in the living room. The kitchen was good and the shower was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Wow. We had a wonderful week at the house! I was working remote and must say the internet connection was super stable and fast enough for video calls and everything 👌 The house is just amazing and very private. The pool for ourselves was a highlight. The beach is also just 1 or 2 minutes away by foot, as are the bars and cafes. The village is pretty quiet during the offseason, exactly what we needed! If you stay there longer make sure to shop at a bigger supermarket on the way there because the little shops have just essentials to offer. It was a special treat for us and we can more than recommend it! Thanks Ismini ❤️

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

What a great location. Beautiful sunrise looking out over the water with breakfast on the balcony was a highlight. Apartment located on the edge of Nidri within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes whatever you need. Ideal location for hiring a car, parking off street right in front of apartment and a great base for getting around the island. Flexible check-in was another bonus for this beautiful spot. Highly recommend. Only downside, for me, was that we didn't meet host. But loved the place.

Very beautiful house right on the beach. The location and view are lovely. The house is clean and nice with all the needed facilities. Caterina is really pleasant and helpful host. Our vacation was very pleasant.

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

Great house! Gal is a kind and responsible host who took care of all our needs. The on-site manager Rea was kind and responsive. The location is breathtaking with pleasant and cozy restaurants just a few minutes away. We highly recommend Gal's house for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

The location is fantastic. We met Vaso the villa rep in Sivota and followed her to the villa, which was just as well because the villa isn't the easiest to find via the sat nav. Watch out for those Greek potholes we arrived with a puncture! The villa itself is very well maintained and the pool is maintained 3 or so times a week. The pool is more like a plunge pool so don’t expect to do many lengths. Communication with Nuriya and Vaso was excellent throughout . The villa has two bathrooms which is excellent for a party of 4 or 6. We loved having breakfast in the shaded area and then would have drinks around the pool in the early evening. You can swim from the rocks at the bottom of the pathway from the house but the sea ladder needs to be replaced to make access easier. All in all we had a great trip and loved the seaside villages nearby and recommend Patio Dining at Vasiliki. The only downside is the noise of the machines working on some new villas above working from 8-2 6 days a week.

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

Very nice apartment well equipped and located in a quiet environment, in a beautiful setting and very close to the sea, Brad welcomed us very warmly and made us want to come back.

We had a lovely few days. The villa, one of three, shares two pools with exceptional views. Valantis’s mother greeted us and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable, even bringing us home baked goodies and home grown fruit. An easy walk into the town by the beach path and we took the option of getting taxis back at a cost of €8. We took note of the recommendations Valantis gave and discovered Vathiavali beach and Mitikas which is a very picturesque Greek village and worth a visit. All in all, a lovely few nights in a great villa in a beautiful town.

We highly recommend Bikini apartments. Christina was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful with our requirements. There are a few amenities within walking distance such as supermarkets and bakeries. All the best to Christina and her beautiful family.

The apartment is exactly as described in the other reviews — directly on a beautiful, almost private beach with crystal clear water and a mesmerizing array of fish (some quite large). Beautiful terrace where we watched a dramatic lightning storm. Very clean, one bathroom, separate outdoor toilet. Comfortable living room and eat-in kitchen, all conveniences (iron, hoover etc, PS3 games control (which my sons loved), Greek TV. On the local very small beach there are two restaurants - Kavos (fabulous home cooking and service) and a slightly busier one further away. We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed with the apartment. The only problem we ran into was some difficulty buying food on the island (three small shops and an excellent bakery, but shops not always open). If we came again, as we hope to, we would stock up on everything in Mytikas before arriving. Effie is a truly exceptional host. The other reviews have it right — a fantastic place.

My wife and I had an amazing time here. We've stayed in some nice places, but this one takes the cake! Will definitely come back when we're around, and can definitely recommend! Surrounded by greenery and the sea, it is very serene, quiet, it's just great. The private beach has nice light blue water, and it's usually very calm. Perfect for paddle boards, kayaks, etc. There is a restaurant close by, and a beach cafe within walking distance. On top of that, Kostas and Ana are amazing and friendly hosts. Will definitely send people their way.

A piece of paradise on earth. Truly sublime. The house is located on the Ionian coast. The views offer serene beauty, with mountains and islands painting a breathtaking backdrop across the bay. The garden is well-maintained and has many terraces and places to repose or enjoy. The private beach offers a secluded space to swim. The house is tastefully decorated, and well well-equiped. Kitchen and living room offer all modern comfort and appliances. The design is equilibrious, adding to the peacefull radiance of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is fully functional. The house has AC. The owner is friendly, flexible and helpfull, providing tailored recommendations . The region is beautiful, offering a broad combination of history, nature, culinary treats, sports,... Palairos is close (2 kms by car), and has a variety of shops/bars/restaurants/... . We hope to find ourselves back here, creating wonderful memories, in not too distant a future.

Huge 3 story house with apartments on each floor. You share yard and washer with host and other guests. The apartment is perfect for beachgoers as it 1 minutes from the sea. We will come back with plesure.

We were 2 families and we stayed at Kathleen's house for 8 days. Kathleen connected us with Demetris who helped us get in the house and also provided excellent recommendations. The house was recently renovated and it was warm, spacy, and clean, exactly as it was in the pictures. The view outside the house was stunning. Kathleen was an excellent host. She was always replying within a couple of minutes, she accepted us with love and finally, she allowed us to use her house for a couple of extra hours! We would definitely recommend the house! We had a great stay - The location of this beautiful mid century villa is incredible: right on the sea shore, with a nice green yard with trees and flowers giving us the privacy we looked for. The house terraces are facing the sea and every evening we were delighted with a gorgeous sunset over the sea! The neighborhood is nice and quite, there are 2 restaurants 3 mins walk with really good food. The beach in front is a beautiful wild beach with great swimming spots, portions with sand with no stones - we were with 3 todlers and they enjoy it! The access is a bit steap but we had no problems and 5 mins walk we had some wooden stairs. The host was very friendly asking proactive if everything is fine and gave us 2 pages with reco in the area that helped a lot - thanks Vasiliki!
