It's not our first time staying at Mr. Gilberto and the second time was as good, or better than the first. The house is very spacious, beautiful and organized, it has everything you may need, from bath towels and face to several kitchen utensils. The house has a fireplace, which makes everything even more cozy, especially in the cold. Mr. Gilberto served us promptly and made himself available for any questions. The apartment is impeccable and has met all our expectations. The Dutch Village is beautiful, extremely organized, the parking spaces are covered and the caretaker is very attentive. The location is really a differential that helped us a lot, as we were able to go to the center of Capivari. I recommend the place and hope to return soon.

Saskya is a great host. Each year, it improves the apartment leaving more and more items, such as Alexa, new television and espresso machine. The site is easy access, close to everything and we feel at home. I highly recommend!

Our experience in the apartment was wonderful! From the beginning, Renato was extremely attentive, helpful and quick to answer our questions. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, impeccably clean, well decorated and extremely cozy. My wife, my son and I felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent in a quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying the city. Renato thought of every detail: the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and even the Wi-Fi signal was perfect. This place was heaven! The view, the peace, the house were all amazing. The pool was stunning and I still think about the sauna. I went with a group of 6 friends and we had a splendid time. The hill going up to the house is steep but manageable. The hosts were so incredibly helpful and responsive. They helped us book experiences, gave great recommendations and were very responsive when we had issues with the water pressure. Will definitely go back! This place is seriously amazing.

My stay was formidable, beyond my expectations and more than I loved. Because it was a large dog, I was reactive, but it was wonderful and the garden spacious, he had a great time. The best part is to be petfriendly not only hosting, plus Monte Verde in general. We had a quiet stay, very well received by the homemade Dona Rosangela who we also hired to assist us, which was very good and we recommend. The house is very comfortable, despite having some older furniture, staying in a quiet and quiet street and very close to the Center giving way to Capivari, close to the market. our group was 10.adultos and 2 children all being comfortable, and being able to enjoy all the spaces.

The place is wonderful, very quiet , impeccable in cleaning .... The roprietário ( Rodrigo ) was always cordial and worth a lot the recommendation of a girl who already arrived with fresh bread at the breakfast , made a delicious lunch, cleaned the whole house , fixed the beds ..... we felt at home with all the amenities. It is recommended to stay .... the house has 5 cozy suites, a games room on the lower floor (pool table and a barbecue ) in the living room has a wonderful fireplace in an environment integrated with the TV room of excellent quality and several options of channels provided by the host . In short, don't forget to know.

Eduardo's place was absolutely fantastic! Everything and more than we expected. I booked his place for my family of 7 people to spend a couple of days to unwind after spending some time in the city and it did not disappoint. The place itself is stunning, incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a short and/or long stay. Plenty of linens, kitchenware, even rain boots for the whole family! The surroundings are breathtaking! To top it off, the hosts and couple that are available to help with the house if you want just make it all that much better! We were cared for extremely well by Eduardo and his team and could not recommend this place more. Definitely a place saved on our list to return to!
