Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

We had a pleasant weekend in the cottage. Between spa sessions, Sauna and peaceful evenings by the fireplace, the cocooning atmosphere was at the rendezvous. Especially when the weather isn't nice as we did. Gaëlle is a attentive host and goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. I recommend it for discovering the region.

Very good stay, no possibility to come earlier but during checkout an additional 30 min was possible. The recommended restaurant in Neau was very good. Peaceful place and comfortable sofa to take the time to settle in.

Beautiful romantic weekend, in a beautiful and quiet location

Zen home, ideally located in the heart of intra muros of Dinan. There are all the shops, restaurants nearby. The terrace with its hammock and vegetation is superb. Florence is very welcoming, responsive and has good advice. If you want to discover dinard, it's Florence's where you have to come 🙂

The stay with Jacques went perfectly, all the explanations about the accommodation and for our arrival were clear. Jacques was friendly, very responsive and flexible with our expectations. The accommodation is very clean, convenient, and ideally located in Rennes, in the city center while being in a very quiet area. I would highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located for arriving by train and for visiting the city. The place was clean, as described. We did not meet Cédric but the instructions received were clear. We really enjoyed our 2 day stay.

We loved our stay at Villa des Plages. The house was spotless and perfect for five couples with kids. Everyone was able to find their mark in the different lounges and game rooms. We quickly felt at home, with large spaces to organize in small groups without interfering with each other. The kitchen was superbly equipped, with appreciable attention to detail. We'd love to go back.

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.
