Vacation rentals in Pawnee

This is my second visit to this place and we enjoyed the peace and quiet this home offers. The second time around, the weather gods were not on our side but we still enjoyed our stay. We have 2 dogs snd they loved playing in the patio as well as the front lawn. The private access to the lake, the pier, the excellent breeze while sitting on the patio and if the sun is shinning; make this place a great getaway.

Megans Home is absolutely amazing! we use a lot of Airbnbs for what we do and I can say with absolute certainty that Megans home is the best home we have used so far! Megan was Proactive, forthcoming, helpful, attentive and always striving to ensure we had the best possible stay. We will be in the area again soon and we will be looking to stay here first! thank you So much Megan! if Airbnb had a 6th star option this is the home and host to get it!

This was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our time bird watching in the mornings and stargazing at night. It was was like coming home each day after touring historical Goliad and Victoria. Thank you Claire and Wilfred for a great experience! PS: The donkeys greeting us when we got back Saturday night was priceless!

Cozy and rustic little place with all one’s living needs facilitated. Also surrounded by vast grassy fields of adorable cows. Supermarket and Walmart are a short trip to town. Would stay again.

Great host who allowed for a late check in and was very prompt. He greeted us and said if we needed anything just give him a call. Stayed in touch through the stay and made us feel very at home

The Nest at the Turtle Cove, was cozy and utterly charming. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views, tranquil surroundings, and peaceful ambiance. It was exactly what we needed to escape the daily grind and disconnect from the world.

We spent two very pleasant days in his beautiful house. Tony was very nice and the house was spotless, inside and out, everything functional, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Great location for BMT graduation! Very close to base, everything was modern and extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, easy access phone chargers were great and kitchen was well-equipped. This was a beautiful place and a great place for our BMT graduate to relax during her breaks. Jose was very responsive. The place is very high end and luxurious. We enjoyed it and would stay again.

We loved our stay! What a peaceful and relaxing week! We didn’t want to leave! We learned a lot about alpacas, and we enjoyed all the other animals on site, too. Lyn is a great host and made us feel very welcome! She told us a lot about her experiences and was so interesting! What a hidden gem! We came as a group of adults with some dogs and it was just what a bunch of busy, young professionals needed before our busy season and to celebrate my birthday. The house supplies plenty of things to do for a group, but also opportunities for alone time. Perks! The hot tub was awesome, plenty of cooking opportunities which was great because one of my guests is a professional chef who cooked for us, big towels, comfy beds, TV in the sunroom, plenty of parking, private beach access....chefs kiss 😘 We can't wait to come back!
