However the hydromassage lacked maintenance and was full of sludge to the point of being clogged and when trying to use a lot of dirt, thus making it impossible to use. When I went to question the lack of maintenance even before I went to check the answers were as if I was lying because the cleaning was correct and later it was found that it was not being cleaned, in the rest it was all very correct and perfect.

We love the apartment. The location is very good and the condominium is very quiet and organized. I recommend it.

The apartment is small and works well for two people. It may be hot in the summer, but it has air-conditioning and fan available. The hospitality and kindness of the condominium lobby are essential to understand the basic rules and how to locate in the condominium. It is located in the center of the city of Paulista, which is great for those who are in the city for work.

We stayed 13 days in Steven/Aurea's apartment. We feel so much at home that we already miss that breeze tastes from the balcony. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for the preparation of meals. We really enjoy the house and the neighborhood. The only point that needed to be worked on is the garage at G2. The garage access requires nerves of steel and great dexterity on the steering wheel. Ideally, you, who will rent the apartment, be presented to the garage before climbing for the 1st time to the G2. In the end you get used to it, but you're tense. The location for us was perfect, since our intention was to gather family members who already live in Recife. I would rent the apartment again!

Whenever I go to Recife I like to stay in this building because it is very central and easy to get around, in addition to the reception being 24h and the employees are helpful and polite. The property of Silvia matches the photos, was clean and organized, in addition to having amenities that make life much easier for those who will spend little time and still want to eat fast meals (sugar, salt, matches, mineral water). I would definitely stay again.

Excellent! I gave maximum marks for all the questions, but here are some observations. We found the apartment warm. Recife was particularly hot this weekend, so it might have been for that. My wife thought the room's air conditioning could be a bit more powerful. I did not have this problem, as it was on the side of the appliance, receiving the ventilation directly. I may not have known how to operate the air conditioning correctly yet. Despite these observations, we enjoyed the experience very much. We would host again, no doubt. Our return flight was late in the afternoon. The hosts were very kind to allow us to "late check out" (there was no other reservation then, of course).

The stay was Great, very well equipped home and host always contacting us. I recommend it.

Perfect accommodation. All clean, great decor and super complete utensils. The rooms with air conditioning working perfectly.
