Beach house vacation rentals in Patong Beach

We had a fantastic stay! The host was great, very supportive, and always quick to reply. The place was super clean with all facilities well-maintained, and they even had scheduled weekly cleaning. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

We had a great time at Nature Vista. Venus was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in. The place is clean, quiet, and private. The outdoor shower is a fun feature. The bed was very comfortable, and the amazing view is the highlight of this place. Showering with a view is a great, but the bathroom curtain offers limited privacy at night. A thicker curtain would be nice. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it was sufficient for our needs. The only downside was the check-in process, which was a bit confusing. We didn’t receive any instructions beforehand and had to figure things out on the spot, which wasn’t ideal with luggage in the hot weather. Additionally, we discovered during check-in that there’s a refundable deposit for the key. Thankfully, we had cash, but it could have been inconvenient otherwise. Clear instructions prior to arrival would have made the process smoother. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The host provided lots of tips and helped to sort out issues immediately (there were not many). The villa is very well equipped, cleaning service is provided three times a week with change of bed linen included. The villa estate is very close to restaurants and shops yet very private. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The house has been one of the highlights of our trip. Even nicer than in the photos and completely private. Everything worked out great with the place and the rented scooter from Piotr. He is super nice and likeable, was always available and gave us many tips for things to do and also booked a tour for us. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back.

We are two families with younger kids age 10 and below. This place is exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful surroundings, family friendly, supermarket, restaurants and shops are nearby and walkable. We stayed for 8 nights and never get bored. The house has four bathrooms and toilets with functional kitchen, oven, fridge, washer and dryer which is very useful for families and long term stay. We had a great time at Lulu's place. The house is very clean and free of insects. The pool is fantastic as almost every single day the kids were enjoying the private pool. Lulu went above and beyond to attend our needs and issues. She gave suggestions for sight seeing, where to take ferry and help with car rentals etc. I would definitely recommend this place for short or long term stay. Amazing flat with an amazing view. Very cozy clean and comfy. Located in a private area and close to the beach. We loved staying here and highly recommend. Sukee is a great host, gave us really good recommendations, she is super responsive and available. Really 200/10 !

loved the place it's a bit far from any grocery or any store. they are all walkable though. The car parking was a bit difficult because of the cars of the neighborhood. if you have a large car or a car that doesn't turn well, it might be difficult. otherwise an awesome place to stay and great host. definitely will come back next time.

We stayed for a week! This was our first time in Thailand and Egbert was extremely patient and welcoming with all of our questions. We were a little nervous about the location being so far away from everything else, but commuting was very easy with Mr Paul (local taxi next door) and the Bolt app. honestly, after a very long day, we were excited to retreat back to the quiet and calmness of the home. We also got our laundry, done next-door, which was an absolute lifesaver. It’s within walking distance to anything you would need. We found out our last day that Tops sells Nespersso pods. One of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at! Thanks again, Ebert :)

Great place in quiet neighbourhood. Great, fast and friendly communication throughout the stay. Villa was as advertised on pictures and description. House, pool and property was squeaking clean and kept clean two times a week. The great team from G Estate makes sure that you vacation is a luxury.

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Max's villa. We were travelling as a family (child aged 7 years) and the villa was perfect for our needs. Located in a quiet but of Rawai with loads of shops and restaurants very close by. Best of all a great, cheap! supermarket within walking distance. We needed to cook a lot of meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Max was even able to procure a couple of appliances that weren't there when we arrived. Peaceful, clean, and private - really a great villa. And great value for money. What made the stay so much more special was the fact that Max was extremely helpful. We had a number of questions and requests for him (sorry for the trouble, Max!) and he immediately and efficiently attended to all of them. Definitely the best AirBnb host we've experienced so far. Would have loved to stay longer!

A beautiful accommodation near the sea where you can go jogging along the beach every morning. There are many great restaurants with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere nearby. Khun Kai, the owner, provided wine to celebrate the New Year and gave memorable souvenirs. On New Year’s Eve, there were fireworks along the beach, and the sea view across was stunning. Not to be missed is the breathtaking sunset, so beautiful you won’t want to look away. Thank you for the excellent accommodation, great service, and the attentive care from the housekeeping staff. I hope to return here again.

Our stay at Villa SeaSiam was more than perfect! The Villa was exceptional. Brand new, private, well decorated and amazing views. A perfect hideaway. The staff were helpful and attentive. The villa manager helped with everything we could possibly need and more. I will definitely will book this villa again. Highly recommended!

we loved our stay of 3nignts at Angelika’s palce, it felt liked our own house in singapore. Loved the whole experiences and we enjoyed the pool & fully equipped kitchen. We even cooked a 16 course chinese new year dinner at her place! A 5 star experience highly recommended.

The reception was very timely and also helped to take to the supermarket to buy things for free, very friendly!Perfect for families or traveling with tourists, the pool is really nice to see, it is much bigger than a regular B&B and not as many cumbersome rules as a hotel.Whilst there is a distance from the sea, it offers a tuktuk transfer and overall very satisfied.

We loved staying at this home. The property is a long walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hasty mornings on the deck with cats and hens the most.

Would most definitely recommend! We stayed there with 5 friends everyone felt very comfortable, quite luxurious and yet very affordable. The pictures depicted the villa very well and the host was very proactive and quick in communication.
