We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Canacona. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The serene location and scenic views made it the perfect getaway for our family. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we felt at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable vacation!

Anish has an amazing place! He is very pro-active and friendly. Helped in every way he can to make our stay most comfortable. The row villa is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. There's a lot of open space outside for our dog to roam around freely. And we were able to go on peaceful walks in the morning. There is a store and a nice little cafe in walkable distance. This place is definitely a gem. Totally worth it. There's 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful greens and homes. Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground. Well maintained. Wish we stayed a couple of more days. This is going to be our first preference in South Goa from now! Thanks Anish for the wonderful stay! Notes: Visit the nearby lake. I had a pleasant stay at Sneha Ditesh's place which is very close to the beach. The place was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the hospitable hosts and caretaker Vitesh. Its convenient location made beach trips easy. Highly recommend for their warm hospitality and great accommodation!

Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

We had a truly wonderful stay at villa Azul. Ishita was a responsive host and the caretakers Pappu and Sangeeta were friendly and so helpful. The house is set down a road lined by coconut groves and it really feels like the Goa of the past that I grew up knowing - rustic, charming and sleepy - but with all our modern needs met. It is such a bonus that it is a pet friendly place as we were able to bring our small elderly dog who could safely wander the compound thanks to a boundary wall. The property is immaculate, with a well maintained garden and faultless cleaning indoors too. Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, eggs and bread are provided - but stock up on anything else you need at a general store beforehand. I'd be back in a heartbeat as it was the perfect setting to unwind with a book, in the hammock or on the veranda. Thank you for a memorable visit.

I had a wonderful stay at The Nest in Canacona. Renu's warm hospitality made the experience truly special – from greeting us at the door to offering to carry our luggage, and even getting milk boiled for my child before arrival, her thoughtful gestures added a personal touch. The space was impeccably clean, with charming decor like dreamcatchers and cozy throws that created a lovely vibe blending Goa's essence with a hint of rustic charm. Never experienced Goa like this before. Talpona is my new favourite and redefines Goa for me. Coming back to property, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, the attention to detail and care put into the place made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend

Shubhada’s villa is located in a great location. It’s a duplex with one room on ground floor which was pretty convenient. Rooms were clean and caretaker was helpful. Perfect for a family vacation with a beach at throwaway distance. Would recommend it for peaceful vacation with family away from chaos of the city.

Sapana's room was beautifully decorated, it was clean. We had a very pleasant stay at this property, would definitely prefer staying here during future South Goa trips.

Great place, had everything thats mentioned and looks just like the photos. We stayed for more than a week. Its between Palolem and Patnem beach and next to a very nice restaurant called cafe Kashish. You will Probably need to rent a scooter as its not so close to both the beaches unless walking a kilometer is not an issue for you. Many options available around for renting vehicles too. Grocery store and wine store is at a walking distance. Property has a swimming pool and ample parking. A security guard was always there on premise during our stay. Places like Kala Bahia, Casa Jali, Canteen Indene, Le petit, Pahadi roots, Art resort will have some sort of event going on all week to keep things interesting. Host Anshul replied to all our queries quickly, Sudheer the caretaker also helped whenever we needed anything. All in all it a was plesent stay without any complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care went into maintaining it. The host, Meenu was extremely responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions or provide helpful recommendations. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary snacks and cooking essentials provided, which made settling in so much easier. The housekeeper did an excellent job, keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The pool area was a fantastic bonus – it was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to relax. The society where the property is located is also very nice – peaceful, safe, and welcoming. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay

We had a fantastic short stay here. The apartment is well designed and you would feel right at home. For self check in may be you could consider drawing a map for easy access.

We had wonderful time staying at the villa. Very close to one of Goa’s most beautiful beaches. Rohan’s father Assis was there to welcome us to his place. He was a wonderful host and made sure to take us on a tour of the place and point out where everything was. The caretaker Bahadur was great and made sure we wanted for nothing during our trip. We were also given great recommendations for local eateries and hang out spots which made our trip even more memorable. It was a relaxing, fun experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is just stunning and peaceful with a river front view and a walk towards the beach on the other side. The host is very responsive and the villa is clean and well maintained. Overall it is one of the best properties available in South Goa

Beautiful Villa by the pool with a big balcony to enjoy your meals or cocktail. The beach is at a walkable distance. There is a nice supermarket and also good bars and restaurants nearby. Jay was a great host, we had a great time. Will definitely recommend this place to others !!!

Mr Zak who is the co host was very helpful and friendly.Place was within walkable distance from coulomb,Patnem and Palolem beach that we could easily walk to along with our 3 years old toddler.

Our request to book was last minute.Roshan was very responsive no hassle in checking in. The place is literally a throw away from the airport. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay close to the airport.

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

I liked the stay, it’s in an easily accessible place to Agonda beach. Harvendra is a very friendly host, he gave me local recommendations for anything I needed. Also very helpful when the WiFi was not working, he provided me with his personal SIM card so that I can use the internet. I recommend this place ;)

Great place to stay if you are in South Goa. Accessible to all beaches. Clean and spacious space. Sunny was extremely approachable.

Cozy place and beautiful surroundings. Very near to beach and restaurants. Artistic interior and nice front yard. Very responsive and helpful host. They guided us about the local attractions and helped us with the recommendations to reach places. I highly recommend this place.

Extremely comfortable and pleasant location. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. You do need transport to get around since various amenities are at a fair distance. There a few basic shops within walking distance for basic needs but major food shopping, restaurants and the beach are a few kilometres away. Overall well worth the price
