Waterfront vacation rentals in Pataias

The apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean are worth the price of admission and more. João was very responsive and helpful. I wish we had more time in Nazare and the weather was better. We’ll definitely come back!

We loved our stay in Nazare. The town is incredible and our host was friendly and welcoming. She was very clear with check in and showed us around when we got there so we were clear on everything. We visited in the chilly off season and she’d placed extra blankets out for us and set the heat so we’d be warm at night. The location is perfect and view incredible. She left us pastries and port on arrival and the apartment was very clean. The only thing I didn’t love was that all the lightbulbs were very bright white (I’m super light sensitive so it was a “thing” for me but maybe not for others… this is also something we noticed at a lot of restaurants in the town). I can’t recommend the location enough! It was an easy walk to both south and north beach and the parking was a huge plus for us.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything worked. There was even complimentary wine. It is in a nice neighborhood with several restaurants nearby. It is super close to the beach which you can see from the balcony. If you plan to cook, you are right by the Lidl. We had a great stay.

One word to describe this place: VIEWS! Stunning views from both the living room and the bedroom. Walking up to the sound of waves and the most incredible sunsets in the afternoon was priceless. Absolutely gorgeous. The flat is cosy and it has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. The flat is just a few minutes walk from the centre, with shops, restaurants, cafes and most importantly: the beach. Beautiful town Ericeira, I can't wait to come back.

Dora’s Airbnb was fantastic! The view of the ocean was so beautiful, we enjoyed sitting by the floor to ceiling windows and looking at the red tile roofs , watching the fishing boats and listening to the ocean . The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed to make meals . The bathroom was also great with a big shower ( this has not been our experience in most European Airbnb’s). It is close to a large supermarket/ store where you could get what you needed. We walked into the main town / beach area daily ( a 15 minute walk down, a bit of a tougher climb back). It was also a quick easy walk from the top of the Funicular. So great location , close to the busy area but far enough away to be quiet. I would recommend Dora’s Airbnb!👍🏼

Telma was a wonderful host. Her place had all the amenities that you could need for a home away from home. And the views from her place were incomparable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Yes, believe the comments :-) this apartment and the host are amazing. what i like about Nuno that he took the time to get us know us personally. He is a busy chef in the restaurant, nevertheless he took the time. and when there was a storm over the region he checked if we were okay. You can tell the qualities of a good chef like at the apartment: clean and tasteful. thanks for the great time! we were in Peniche Mid March, for hiking in the region. get a rental car and explore the region its beautiful. although we can not surfe, we enjoyed the atmosphere of all the surfers. and when there was a rainy/cold day (normal in March), the apartment was great for a cosy day inside. the heating is enough to keep you warm. we hope to come again to Portugal next year

We arrived in a nice cosy apartment on the 6th floor, with a beach house interior and the most beautiful view on the ocean. The apartment was clean and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was ready to use, we found a bottle of wine and cookies in the fridge. So nice. The owner sent us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The supermarket was 10 minutes walking and to the ocean it was maybe 5 minutes. The weather was not great when we were there, but we went to Sintra and Mafra on the rainy days and we had a nice time anyway. We hope to go back one time.

We had an amazing stay at Octavios place! it was a perfect location for our 3 week stay in Peniche! The house is super cute and comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked! My favorite was the fantastic shower with hot water! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! Octavia is kind, attentive and a perfect host!

Casa do Trovador exceeded expectations. We already expected a spacious house with several highlights. But on arrival, we found that the pictures do not do justice in sight and the location. With several leisure spaces, even with less favourable time, it was a very pleasant stay. Communication was impeccable at all times. I highly recommend it for groups and families who want to spend time together where there is no lack of space!

Amazing view! Spacious for our family of four. Vanessa was very responsive to any questions we had. Quiet, private location and just a short car ride from Ericeira and local beaches. We recommend!

It's so good I almost want to write a bad review to keep the place all to myself. The space is amazing in every sense, spacious, well-equipped, with breathtaking views and lots of options for both privacy and group activities. Claudia is an outstanding host, highly helpful and responsive. The views — don't get me started on the views, Peniche (and this particular spot) are forever in my heart and the hearts of my friends who joined me. I wish I could buy a place right next to this one. 100/10, see you guys next year!

I could not recommended more this place in warmer seasons! A beautiful house, with a breathtaking view, amazing garden and well equipped kitchen. The surroundings, amazing too, very quiet and beautiful. Ideal for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy nature. The host was very friendly and responsive. However, the heating, even with a fire place, was not effective and the house was very cold, specially in the bedrooms. If the heating is not improved, I will not go back in winter. But in Spring-Summer, this is a place to go!

In the simplest of terms, I’m already reworking all my vacation plans for next year to come back. There’s a magic to this house and this place that is indescribable. João was so helpful and invested in the success of my stay, the food he had prepared and waiting in the fridge was delicious and simplified everything in my planning, the bird song every morning was soul restorative, I could go on and on! I loved the home and the host and cannot wait to come back for a longer stay next time.

We went with our dog for two nights and it’s the perfect getaway. The location is absolutely amazing, surrounded by pure nature and a wide beach with almost no people (we like it that way!) - definitely would come back :)

We went there in March. This is a quiet time. We had sun most of the time. We were able to eat on the terrace. The hosting was very good, pleasant and concerned with making our stay enjoyable. i really recommend this place. Thanks to Daniel and Elisabeth.

The home is fantastic with truly a gorgeous view. Perfect location - 2 min to the beach and a small shopping centre including a supermarket. And nice short walk to the old town center. The living room is in reality a bit smaller than the photos suggest but is still big enough and very cozy. The gas wasn’t working in the beginning but was immediately fixed. Overall, we would love, really love, to go back to this home.

What a great location. Great restaurants within a short walk.. either across the walking bridge to the riverfront, or a short walk down the boulevard. Take the side roads and explore.. you’ll not be disappointed. The University is close by.. although we didn’t have time to fully explore

Nuno was probably the best host we've ever had on AirBnB. Friendly, warm and very helpful. For us as surfers, it was the perfect vacation. Nuno even got us boards at a more than fair price and also had great tips for local surf shops, restaurants and also for really great waves! When we wrote, he responded immediately and helped us. Please stay that way! We would come back anytime!

The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had before the trip. They provided numerous restaurant recommendations and they were available to answer any questions during the stay. Their place has a great view of the beach. The kitchen has plenty of space and we had the windows open for the entire time.

Easy to find, great location, spotless place. It reminded me of my grandmother's home :) So clean with comfortable sheets & towels. Felt very at home.
