The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

A vacation overlooking beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to spacious spaces, with attention to detail. From the large windows light comes in from dawn to dusk and the livable kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only downside is the lack of light in the ones on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is an important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. BBQ grill, pool, pool tables and Ping Pong table are the icing on the cake, which have made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously highly recommended.

Ricardo, the host, was awesome. Very responsive. Got us a stroller when the airline lost ours. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and overall was just great. Thanks Ricardo!!!

Superlative host, home from other times to leave you breathless, landscape, views and wonderful places to visit. I highly recommend a stop at the Zarthman restaurant, never eaten so well, food prepared with love and only with the use of first choice organic local raw materials and biodynamic wines. A spanna on all the gourmet cheeses, the roosticini with local sheep meat and the cute sheep of the cute brigands. Thanks, we'll be back as soon as we can

The apartment is super nice for visiting Pescara, it is central and you can easily walk to the center. Also, Mario's father who received us was super kind and gave us several directions to the area. Everything was excellent.

we only stayed in this house for one night, we 7 friends. Everything was perfect, from communication to cleanliness. Roberto is truly a good person and very professional. We took a lot of meat in the village and thanks to the mega fireplace we had a nice braciolata. Thank you Roberto, we will definitely come back to see you

Stefano's house is nestled in the wonderful alleys of the magical ancient village of Pettorano. The house overlooks a beautiful mountain view of Mount Genzano, accompanied by the sound of the flow of the Gizio River, in the true center of the nature reserve. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Stefano's tips on what to eat (restaurants in the historic center to reach on foot) and what to see were helpful. Highly recommended

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

The house is very nice, clean and cozy. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful village. From the terrace, the view is great. The only flaw is the steps of the internal staircase that are too high, especially for young children.

Very clean accommodation. Breakfast with donut and various delicacies (tarts, cookies and curtains). Kitchen with everything you need to cook. Beautiful and clean bedrooms. Impeccable bathrooms with towels, shampoo, bath, hairdryer, etc... Congratulations!!!

where do we even begin? from the first moment we stepped inside the house, we felt at home, overwhelmed by an incredibly warm welcome from the host family. like we knew each other for years. no pictures can describe how beautiful this place is. and the main part of this beauty is LOVE the place is created with. top that with outstanding panoramic views, amazing nature scenery surrounding you everywhere you move inside the amazing garden. the pool is just something you never want to leave. I can go on and on, and on, but there's a limit for the review. we are out of the words, we are speechless, we are grateful we were lucky to have the experience that will stay in our hearts forever. big big big thanks to you! hope to say "chao" to you once again soon!

We stayed at Lorenzo/Antonella's place for two weeks. The house is located in a fairly quiet area 150 meters from the sea where there are both establishments and free beaches (very clean sea and sandy beaches)... in the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets... so if you want you can leave the car and ride on foot or by bike for the entire vacation. The house is absolutely CLEAN, tidy, equipped with everything you need, optimal size for 2/4 people... it has a nice paved and fenced outdoor space, so we who were traveling with two dogs found it very useful and they were happy to play outside... there is also an area covered by a sun tent and equipped with a very comfortable table and chairs to spend time outside. Lorenzo and Antonella are two kind and nice people, with whom we communicated very well. If we go back to Silvi, we hope to be able to stay there again.

The house is very warm, clean and tidy, the owner lives there nearby and was always very helpful and kind. I would be happy to return for a quiet weekend surrounded by nature.

Delightful house, with beautiful view, all the comforts, perfect garden for those traveling with animals like us. Domenico is a special and very helpful person, he pampered us, recommended and helped us in everything. The surroundings are very nice, we had the good fortune of very nice days and we also stayed on the beach a quarter of an hour from home. Truly perfect thanks again for everything.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as check-out. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly near the entrance door, so very convenient. We loved everything and will definitely be back.
