Condo vacation rentals in Pasig River

Our stay was flawless. The place was clean and looked exactly what was advertised in the listing. Nikka was also accommodating to our questions and requests and very responsive.

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

loved our stay here. the unit was relaxing. the beds were soft.the acs kept the rooms cool. i also love the fixtures and the dim lights which were helpful to set such a calming mood. the pool area as expected was a bit crowded since we went there on a weekend. nonetheless, we still enjoyed the sand and the waves.

I had an amazing experience staying at Vincent's place. He was incredibly accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, close to malls and easily accessible, which made it convenient for exploring the area. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the added bonus of karaoke and card games. Thank you, Vincent, for such a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot around Cainta. ❤️

This was our second stay at Joan's condo in Trees Residences. She is a very friendly and helpful host, who provides everything listed. She is fast to respond to any queries or if anything needs replacing in the unit. The condo is clean, cosy, has washing machine and all cable TV channels as well as netflix. conveniently located near the front of Trees Residences and near to the pool area. We'll definitely stay again.

Very accomodating. Switching from one unit to the other was hassle free since we needed a place to extend out stay at flair towers

The host was quick in responding to my inquiries. This is my second time to book their place and all I can say is that the unit is clean and very welcoming. Definitely will book more in the future!

The place was great and clean. Ms.Vanessa and Regine were both nice and responsive. We love that it was complete with kitchen and bathroom necessities. No need to bring toiletries and towels as they are provided. We will sure book again if we need to be in the same area.

Staying with Marcus Jackson’s unit was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and host and co-host was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Definitely the best view for NYE! Fireworks display across BGC, Mandaluyong, and Makati!!! Rate for a normal overnight stay was a bit expensive at first but when you see the view of the fireworks this place has to offer, DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE! Definitely justified once you get to watch the fireworks left and right! Also a bonus that the hosts were very responsive and easy to transact with! Thank you again for being such lovely hosts!!

Absolutely Cozy & Inviting! We had a wonderful stay at this warm and light-filled retreat! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, with soft lighting, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere. The natural light streaming through the windows made our mornings so refreshing, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Absolutely loved the place! The unit was very cozy, clean, and just makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. There were also a lot of space and it doesn’t feel crowded at all. The interior was super nice as well and it’s exactly what you see in the photos. It has a luxurious feel to it. Sir Richard also gave clear instructions and was also very responsive. Will definitely book again! 🫶🏼

The hosts are friendly, responsive, welcoming and considerate. Its great that we wère given the chance to rebook to different dates due to unforseen circumstances. The guards were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The caretaker was also accommodating, making sure that everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. The unit itself was peaceful and comfortable, despite being close to the expressway—there was no noticeable noise. It had a pleasant, fresh scent, and being near a supermarket was really convenient for any necessities. The location is also ideal for commuting, with easy access to both PITX and Baclaran Church via nearby e-jeep routes. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

Small one bedroom apartment but with everything you need including cooking facilities and washing machine. Proximity of large mall ….. very short walk… is a major plus. Swimming pool is clean and sheltered from excessive sunlight. Great value.
