Ashley’s property is beautiful and well equipped. A beautiful access to the river ( with its own dock) , park, pool & game room/ patio - this property has it all. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and peaceful/ relaxing location. Conveniently located to New Port Richey and the surrounding communities, it offers everything you could ask for on a short or extended stay on the central sun coast. Highly recommended property and host.

The house was as described. There was a lot of living area and was a great size for a couple visiting their grandchild. Fridge was huge which helped with our trip to Mazzaro's. Maram was very responsive when I contacted her.

Ana’s house was very well outfitted and very clean. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to a few minor issues which were resolved. Very nice house and location though there is some local road noise nearby. Fenced yard also very beneficial if you have a small pet as well. Nice home and good value.

Staying at a super clean and clutter-free Airbnb home is of paramount importance to me. This place met all my expectations. Yes, it is an older home and neighborhood but the home is refurbished inside. No issues. Home is close to local state park and great restaurants! Hosts were friendly and very responsive. No issues.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home, everything was found as described in the listing, or better! The backyard was our favorite spot for our family of 5, we spent hours kayaking (even saw a dolphin), fishing off the dock, sunbathing, and playing games. Kevin has thought of everything you could need to make a bayside vacation fun and easy!

We had a great stay at Karen's place in Zephyrhills. I appreciated Karen's responsiveness to my pre-visit questions and to the seamless check-in process. The home was nicely laid out for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and two fully stocked bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen (appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and pods), lots of towels and linens, and fast internet made for an excellent stay.

Jennifer was extremely responsive when we messaged her. The home was perfect for the 8 adults we traveled with. We were very impressed with the quality, amount of supplies available to us as well as the host reaching out immediately to see if we needed anything on arrival. This is a perfect vacation home for adults and kids!!! Thank you Jennifer.

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Exactly how Timothy describes it. Comfortable and peaceful oasis. Home was extremely clean, and had all you need to feel right at home. He was easily accessible for any of our questions. The lake was great for fishing and we even saw a crocodile and a few turtles. My family and I had a wonderful experience and would surely recommend the home.

We stayed for 6 nights during a 14 night trip to Tampa - we wish we stayed the entire time here! The house was great with everything you could need. Definitely felt like home. Wish it was warmer when we visited to enjoy more of the pool, but the heated blanket definitely helped. 10/10 highly recommend!

Dale was an absolute gentleman I had been there with my brothers and sister because my Dad was in the hospital and passed away he made everything simple and took care of us as much as he could I will stay there again if I go back to that area definitely it was clean and comfy and no one bothered us the whole time

The place is spacious, has an amazing pool, and a great kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and we were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was even being about a block off of Hwy. 19. The master bathroom was pretty spectacular, with an awesome rainfall shower. It’s worth the price for the quality and location.

The location was private, and right on the Florida coastline nestled back in a beautiful setting with amazing sunset views of the ocean and creek passages to the ocean which can easily be kayaked through while enjoying the peace and quiet. If your lucky, dolphins were spotted swimming in the area and even came near the dock of the stay. The home's open living room and kitchen was great for entertainment and the grill and patio is HUGE, which we used one evening. This is a secluded area of Spring Hill, FL and provided a convenient location to travel 30-40min to swim with the manatees. Great host and would go again.

Thomas place is exactly as it is posted. There are very little amenities and in the kitchen there is not even towels or oven kits, so be prepared. The house was spacious and was beautiful.

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

This was a great place to stay at with my blind kittens while traveling to help move family across states.

This place is fantastic! Reasonably priced with great value for dollar spent. The large, well equipped, incredibly clean kitchen is perfect for people who like to cook (and we do!). We had everything that we needed. Beds, pillows very comfortable. Large, very clean, bright spaces throughout. Excellent quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Cookies upon arrival! What a great personal touch! Tasteful decorations throughout really added to making it feel like home right away! Teri was extremely responsive to any question. She was very professional, personal and accommodating.

Kaarla earned 5 stars across the board for a beautiful studio and excellent hosting! We stayed at Studio Zen for some spooky events around the area but loved feeling right at home with a piano to play! Interior design was fun and creative, and we appreciated the freshness of well water! We were happy to see Pearl the Pig on our last day. We will definitely be back again!

Five stars plus! Samia’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The heated pool was amazing even though it wasn’t that warm outside. The house is clean and spacious. I would definitely book again. Samia was friendly and responsive. The only bit of warning is that you end up on a very rough dirt road to get there. Take the longer route shown on your gps to minimize this. Still worth every penny. Highly recommended.
