We had an excellent stay at Shawnas in Alma, everything was as described. The hot tub was perfect, bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. we would highly recommend checking it out if you're looking to relax in peace and quiet.

This guest home is amazing and a vibe that reflects the awesome personality of the hosts. If you are looking to get away and relax this is your place, the patio and hot tub over looking the ocean and the claw foot tub and fireplace inside were amazing features but many more touching features that make this a perfect getaway anytime of the year. We will be back and recommending to others!

Great to respond and easy to communicate. Lovely clean spot very close to the ski hill and in walking distance, everything the host said was correct.

WOW ... This secluded cabin is more than a 5 star rating ! What an amazing few days we spent at Mark and Adina's beautiful property. It was everything we could have asked for .. for a few days of R and R !! We LOVED the coffee bar ..the hot tub ... and the morning sunrise was a once in a lifetime moment. The BIRCHWOOD is worth every penny if you're thinking of getting away for a few days of peace and quiet. Mark was so sweet, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would HIGHLY recommend this Air BNB !!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came for a weekend and loved it. Our son and his friends joined us for a night and there was plenty of room for us all. The beds were comfortable and have nice clean linens. I was surprised by the welcome gift of snacks, even treats for the dog! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home. Everything is thought of. I would definitely recommend it to others and can’t wait to plan a return trip. The hot tub and view alone is worth the price but the coziness of the home and its proximity to Masstown market and the ski hill, really makes this a great option.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year with family! Everything about this place was peaceful and relaxing…the hot tub and wood burning fireplace were highlights for us. The property was so beautiful!! our dogs had the best time hiking in the woods and walking along the River :) Can’t wait to go back someday!

This place was a fantastic experience. We arrived and got a tour and explanation on how to operate the hot tub and sauna. We jumped back and forth from the hot tub and sauna throughout the night. Hot tub was super easy to manage the temperature. The 2 person bath tub was an added bonus. This place is the perfect little get away. We’re excited to experience this place again in the near future. My friends and I had a great stay. The airbnb had everything we needed and we enjoyed using the hot tub. Very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Loved the main bedroom upstairs; the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This private accommodation was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped (ample supply of dishes, glasses pots/pans & some food provisions to start the stay), clean and comfortable to work in. The view was exceptional (we were very lucky with the weather!) and the clear, dark night sky was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and roomy, with high quality linens. The jet tub was very relaxing. The warmth from the wood stove made the whole place cosy... great for reading a good book with a glass of 🍷. Thanks for sharing Myrtle!

When you don’t have to ask for anything, you know this place is perfect! The cottage was exactly what we needed for our getaway and wish we were still there. The place was exactly as described and Doreen was very helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a lovely stay at David and Nancy's cottage. The cottage was roomy, spotlessly clean and fully equipped (the kitchen had a few items in it that I don't even have in my own kitchen). It was comfortable and convenient and David and Nancy were responsive, kind and generous. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Hubbards. (I'd come back just for Nancy's homemade chocolate mints!)

The lake house met all our expectations. The house is in a beautiful location, the fall scenery was gorgeous and the family had a great time eating, hanging out and playing games. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay. It was idea for our needs due to the central location in NS. The home was a great place to relax after a day on the motorcycles. The use of the garage was definitely a bonus as well. All aspects of the rental process was top notch. Tks again

Great place in fox harbour, Steve was a very responsive and helpful host. The property was private and nice. The cabins were clean and comfortablely accommodated a group of 10. Would recommend this stay for any group looking to be in the area!

The location was so beautiful and quiet! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. The one amenity that we missed was a dryer but the portable washer worked well. The host was very communicative and we felt like we get got a great bargain. Even though I came from the west coast, I got up at sunrise each morning and it was memorable!

We had a brief stay at the cottage which was everything we thought it would be.We had an amazing time and would diffinitly do it again.The only downfall is we only booked a one night stay ,next time we will book for the whole weekend and enjoy more of the sights.

We stayed here and it was a lovely cozy cottage with beautiful view and sunrises. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and extra bed lines for the colder night. Beach was nice but 100% bring your water shoes. Lots of thing to do around the cottage on rainy days. We got a lovely email from the host with all kinds of ideas and places to go in town. We the perfect end to our summer

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at the cottage. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The place is very private and we got to enjoy the kayaks and a lovely bonfire under the stars. The hosts are very accommodating, friendly and responsive. This is one of the nicest AirBnBs I have stayed at and we are already planning to come again next summer. Highly recommended!

We all had the most magical of holidays and are so grateful that Caitlin shares this beautiful home. We made such core memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. To have such an outstanding host as well as a dream location. Larry’s cabin is modern and well-equipped, tucked away in the trees ten mins walk or a couple of minutes drive from the private beach. We felt at home and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. My daughter especially enjoyed the ladder ball, frisbee and bubbles as well as the little red squirrel which was around most days!
