Will’s space was great for two couples, quiet, private, lovely pool and comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. We loved being able to walk to the beach and Las Brisas, and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Will was communicative and helped with a late check-out.

This place has a beautiful view and is in a great location. The staff at the resort are incredibly friendly, especially Regina. They do a great job of assisting if you need anything.

We had an amazing stay at BeachHaus! The villa was spotless upon arrival, with spacious rooms that were perfect for our family of five. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the quick walk down to the beautiful beach—just a few minutes, and we were on the soft sand, enjoying the stunning water. We also loved spending time on the deck, taking in the incredible ocean views. The gorgeous pool was another great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a private getaway. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

An absolutely stunning location on one of the best beaches on the island! The house had everything we needed for kids (beach toys / tubes / snorkeling gear / double stroller / kayaks / sups / etc.) and the convenience of being steps from the beach was unbeatable.

This place was amazing! It's a beautiful home with privacy and serenity. We used the pool in the mornings as a wonderful way to wake up and then again at night. The lighting around the pool added a wonderful ambience and the place gave you the feeling that you were in your own private resort. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and shops. Hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and responsive to questions. This is a fabulous place to call home on these islands.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! My husband and I spent the month of February in Jeremy's gorgeous Villa. From the moment we first had contact with Jeremy, until the moment we returned home, couldn't fault one single thing. Everything has already been written in the reviews and I can't really add much more, but I'll try... Communication with Jeremy and Kenn, the Concierge, was superb and fast. Kenn was on hand to meet and greet us on arrival and provided excellent walk-through. We were lucky to have an early check in and could settle in immediately. The whole villa, both inside and outside, was exactly as depicted in the photographs. Totally beautiful. Pool was fabulous and the walk (with the beach chairs etc. provided) was a 2 minute stroll. We loved being able to take advantage of both pool and beach. Fabulous restaurants within walking distance, as was the huge supermarket (about 30 mins walk). Jeremy & Kenn made excellent recommendations. Just totally superb - thanks guys!

Great place to stay. Daphne the host was really helpful and responsive. Got lots of recommendations from her and she even decorated the house for my daughter’s birthday. She was amazing.

What a spot! You can be by the pool all day long with amazing views of Chalk sound and the open ocean in the distance. Great for families with small kids. Walking down to the kayaks and paddle boards with the kids was great. We were lucky enough to see a few turtles. We rented a car and there were two great beaches within a 5 min drive and 20 min drive to the downtown area where all resorts and shops are. The host and property management staff were top notch. Very helpful in planning the trip and then quick to respond while we were there. 10 out of 10.

We loved the villa; like-new-type-clean and exactly the right size for a cozy vacation for two on Provo. A comfortable bed, waterfall shower that somehow turns on to exactly the right temperature, and the plunge pool was just wonderful. The location is good, super easy to get just about anywhere you've read about. Try Chinson's Jamaican BBQ which is right on the corner; their jerk chicken and pork are divine. You'll need to rent a car and note that, because it's a British territory, you'll be driving on the opposite side of the road from the U.S. and the steering wheel of your rental is on the right as well. The roundabouts may seem a bit chaotic at first, but you'll get used to it quickly. Visit Chalk Sound, it is a wonder of milky, glowing turquoise water. Snorkeling is a lot of fun, even for a beginner off the beach at The Bight or Smith's Reef. Jeffrey's place is so nice to come back to after a day the beach. We hope to rent the big Villa with friends on our next trip to TCI.

Stayed here with my family for 5 days for some downtime and its perfect. A quick drive to anything you may need, the grocery store, dive shops, shopping or a few restaurants. The rooms are enormous, kitchen is well appointed, and everyone had more than enough room.

I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but this Airbnb was definitely in my top 3! Jax was an exceptional host—he had the apartment ready for us, looking spotless and welcoming. The AC was on, the lights were set, and there were drinks waiting in the fridge. He even provided soap in case we needed to wash our clothes and a beach chair for our convenience. The place was immaculate, and Jax was incredibly attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. This stay truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Jax! We’ll definitely be back soon.

We had 2 families at Erin’s place for the week. 4 adults and 4 kids (11-13year olds). The place accommodated everyone super comfortably. The location was incredible! Walking distance to beach, shops, grocery, restaurants etc.. I feel the need to mention that we all felt safe the whole time, even walking at night. We rented a car and explored other beaches around the island with short day trips, but the Grace Bay beach (probably 5-10 min walk) was awesome. The kitchen amenities were perfect as we cooked a lot. Grill was clean and worked great too. The huge outdoor screen porch was a favorite for hanging in the morning and night time too. If you are thinking about Erin’s place, DO IT! Fantastic vacation all around!

We really enjoyed our stay! Having access to the golf cart was a huge plus given the property is not on the beach. We would take the golf cart to The Shore Club nearby for lunch and there is also a public beach access down the street we could get to via golf cart. Overall the place was nice and what we expected. Lots of beds for sleeping and they were quite comfy! Living room/kitchen was spacious and made for comfy movie nights. We would have loved to have more detailed instructions proactively on how to operate the golf cart (it was wonky at times) and how to enter the property with the gate clicker given there was an issue with the gate entry keypad during our stay. However, host was quick and responsive when we reached out with questions.

Gabriel and Judy’s place is perfect. Great location just a short walk to two gorgeous beaches and a quick drive to many others. Everything you need is provided- chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, and towels. There was even extra sunscreen in our bathroom. The unit is very well appointed and between the fridge/microwave/toaster in our room and the full outdoor kitchen we could prepare anything we needed. Neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Gabriel and Judy were incredibly gracious hosts and were available to answer any questions we had. Can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!

Although I didn’t get to physically meet her when she came in to assist us with our flight check ins. She was awesome, very responsive and if you’re celebrating a birthday she leaves a gift for you! I enjoyed my time here at her lovely home.

Our family just had an incredible experience in Provo thanks to Katherine. Comfortable beds, A/C, WiFi, etc. Her knowledge of the island was so helpful! The notebook she provided with where to go and where to eat was GOLD. She had all the snorkeling, kayaking & paddle boarding and gear we needed & more! Her JEEP was great for getting to some of the hard to access beaches (Malcolm, Northwest Point, etc.) Her response time was excellent and she provided us with great transportation to & from the airport. Her home is centrally located on the island so everything was close and accessible. Our 12 & 14yr old boys had a blast! Easily our families best getaway-SO many little adventures. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!
