We had such a great stay at this airbnb! The location is ideal and walkable to great restaurants, cafes and shopping-- yet not in the hustle and bustle of Palermo. The unit is super cute and comes equipped with cards and wine. We absolutely loved the upstairs patio. Galo and Jazmin gave us lots of recommendations and even let us store out luggage with them while we wandered the city before the airport. Thank you both for being so kind and helpful! We hope to come back and stay with you again :)

We are told by host it was like a country home in the city. There is an old farmhouse feel to it that may not be for everyone but I really liked the open floor plan, tall ceilings and the many openable French doors to the private courtyard. There is a little step in the courtyard- watch out- easy to trip on. This is not the home for people who want to sit in their rooms and watch TV- it’s more for a large group to have fun together and having a comfortable place to share meals and relax after sightseeing. I would come back here for sure!

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Everything was great, especially for a couple of friends that have never been to the country. Communication was also very great. Would stay again!

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

I went with friends, a spacious, comfortable and clean house, I celebrated my husband's birthday with a barbecue, with prior authorization from the administrators, we spent a nice day and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

I stayed in a very comfortable Airbnb in the neighborhood of Nunez, Buenos Aires. The space was cozy, clean and well equipped, ideal for resting after touring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops nearby. Carlos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to help and make sure the stay was perfect. I would definitely have an experience that I would repeat. I stayed at a very comfortable Airbnb in the Núñez neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The space was cozy, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby shops. Carlos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help and ensure everything was perfect. Without a doubt, an experience I'd happily repeat.

Flawless accommodation. New and modern. I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the mate equipment and the variety of adapters they left to connect different electronic devices. Good internet service. Good TVs in the living room and in the bedroom. Excellent bed. Everything you could want. Santiago's service is also very good. I'm usually quite picky about the quality of the accommodations I select, and in this case I had nothing to complain about, for which I'm very grateful.

Very cool indoor/outdoor space in a convenient location. There are a lot of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's easy to hop on a bus to go to other neighborhoods. Fran was a very welcoming and helpful host--he went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to get to know him. The house is a great place to relax--especially on the roof where you can get some sun, nap in the breezy shade, and the mosquitos can't find you.

Excellent, third time in the house and everything was very good as always, a pleasure to stay in this place, and with the heat in Buenos Aires, the pool was spectacular, I would definitely come back

Guillermo is super easy to talk to, very helpful with everything. The place is exactly as on the photos. Super comfortable, lovely location, my favorite in Buenos Aires, feels like home straight away.

A perfect place to enjoy Buenos Aires, it has a balcony where you can grill with a spectacular view of the city. The apartment has everything you need, it is very nice, as shown in the photos. Their host, George, is willing to help you anytime, much-loved.

Very cozy accommodation, easy to get in and out of since it is on the ground floor, ideal if there are children. Very comfortable kitchen. Susana was great by getting us a crib for our son. In the heart of Caballito, with everything at hand. 100% recommended!

It is a clean, comfortable space with everything you need. As if you were at home. Also, you can't hear any noise se la calle. The terrace is quite a spacious and also nice space. I had to arrive very early in Buenos Aires and Lorena was very understanding and flexible with my check-in and check-out times. 100% recommended. The only thing to take into account is that at night it is quite alone, then out of caution I suggest getting to the place by Uber.
