Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Parowan

Yet again, this was another amazing stay by our favorite host! It's always more than a pleasure to stay at Jacob's place! Looking forward to the next stay!

I'm going to start by saying this was an amazing family trip, and a wonderful place to say. I will share that there were a few things that went wrong upon arrival. The two main issues were one the heaters being clogged with dust and not working, and two one of the blinds being broken which partially obstructed the view. That being said, I'm sharing this because despite us staying over Christmas/New Years, our host was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. One of our worst AirBNB nightmares is checking into a place, having issues, and then not being able to get a hold of anyone. This was not that at all. Our host was always responsive, and even came out to help us despite it being the holidays. That meant more than anything, and it's why despite a few things going wrong, we'd gladly come back again. It's an amazing property, and we felt like we were in great hands with our host. 100% recommend!

We thought the place was wonderful. Looked just like the pictures. Great job of decorating the house so it really felt like home. We were there for two weeks and the house had everything we needed to make it functional and comfortable.

We loved it. If you want to scape the city this is the place. Its a close drive to St. George, Ceder City, Zion and more. Great host, friendly and responsive. The house feels homie. My kids loved the movie room and trampoline. We cant wait to come back. The house is spacious, clean, comfy and what a beautiful view in the morning.

Awesome home love the split floor plan. We had lots of room to seat and visit. The kitchen had a Big table for all of us to eat together and hang out plus great appliances a flat grill. So we made Pancakes. It was so nice to park in the garage. Very clean and comfy beds. Easy to find and nice neighborhood. Will definitely come back and stay again

Was a great stay. The location was perfect for my needs. Close to Brianhead and Cedar city. Clean, comfortable, and prefect with our dogs. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in duck creek! Perfect location for exploring Zion National park and surrounding areas. The place was spotless and cozy.

This was a great place for my two kids and I to stay while getting a tour of SUU, which my daughter is thinking of attending. It was very spacious and everything was incredibly clean! I loved the location and how quiet it was. The description does say there would he fresh bakes cookies upon arrival, but there weren't any. It wasn't a big deal and I would stay here again, regardless, but it was the only thing that didn't luve upto the expectation. Overall the price for everything we got out of Donna's place was absolutely worth it!

We had a mixed experience at this Airbnb. While there were many positives, there were also some significant drawbacks that impacted our stay. Starting with the negatives—while the listing did mention potential noise during the day, it didn’t quite prepare us for how loud it actually was. Despite claims of some soundproofing, we heard loud bangs, running, dogs sprinting back and forth, kids yelling, and babies crying. It wasn’t as peaceful as we had hoped. Additionally, the hosts’ dogs frequently wandered out front and barked aggressively at our dogs through the gate to the yard, which was meant to be private. This made us hesitant to let our dogs out of the car, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the space itself was fantastic. The basement apartment was beautifully designed, extremely clean, and smelled amazing! The hot tub was a great perk, and the private fenced-in grass patch for the dogs was very convenient. Great place to stay for a weekend of skiing and snowboarding. Being next to the chairlifts made it even better.

Stayed here for a few days with my friends to snowboard. Place is literally across from Giant Steps which is the perfect location and also not far from Navajo as well. 10/10 highly recommend and would stay again!

The condo was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, easily one of the best I’ve encountered at a vacation rental. The entire space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The wood stove was a standout feature—it heated the space quickly and added a cozy touch. The location couldn’t be better, directly across from The Giant Steps. I highly recommend this property!

Scott was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. He provided great recommendations for nearby lifts and suggested a bar/restaurant with live music. My favorite features were the living room, fireplace, and kitchen. The complimentary shuttle service was a nice touch, as it made getting to the lifts very convenient. The only issue I encountered was a loud party upstairs both nights. It sounded like they were moving furniture around and kept us awake. I reached out to Scott about it, and he handled the situation. It’s one of those things that happens, and it’s not his fault. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the folding table and chairs and sofa bed. I think they have thought of everything!

View was beautiful. Very convenient for skiing. Hot tubs and saunas. Small kitchen.
