Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Parker County

Amazing place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. We had an amazing time, disconnecting and spending time together.

We didn’t get to stay as long as we intended but for the time that we did stay it was suitable and valuable for what it was. The pictures are a great assessment of the area. If you’re a city or suburban person, this may not be your cup of tea but if you’re looking to be, feel and enjoy outdoors … this place is PERFECT!

We rented Brazos Breeze for our family and the groomsmen for our son’s January wedding at the nearby Springs venue. It was perfect for what we needed: perfect location, very clean, like new decor and appliances, comfortable beds, lots of private spaces, etc. They communicated quickly when we had questions and were very helpful. The upstairs game room/bathroom/bunk room/snack station/movie theater room could not have been more perfect for all the guys to hang out the night before the wedding. The kitchen is well-supplied and two large dining tables was extremely helpful. Keep in mind that the house is on the Brazos River so it is built up on stilts and has some nice stairs leading to the house. The great benefit of this is a HUGE covered play space under the house. We played ping pong, cornhole, and ate around the enormous outdoor table with comfortable chairs. We hope to be able to come back and use the house again sometime.

This house is so amazing! It is so cozy and so peaceful. I am a clean freak and this is literally the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Terri has truly thought of everything, she covered all the bases. There is not one thing you could possibly need that isn’t there. She goes above and beyond. If it wasn’t already booked after us I would have extended our stay for sure. My whole family loved it! We will be back for sure.

Scott was very responsive when we reached out. This is a great place to stay for families and is close to the nearby wedding venue. Very clean and comfortable home. Definitely recommend!

My team and I stayed here for a working offsite retreat and it was the perfect spot! There are grocery stores nearby, the kitchen is great for cooking large meals, and the living room area was a great meeting space. Sindy was very responsive and flexible for our group, and we would love to stay again sometime! We unfortunately had some tough weather so we didn't use it, but the pool looked amazing as well and there were plenty of towels.

The place was as described. Leonardo was great and accommodated us with an early check-in. The house has everything you would need and more. All the little extras that Leonardo provides were a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking in the area.

On The Top of our favorite Airbnbs (and we stay at a lot). The scenery is outstanding. It's incredibly restful. The hot tub was wonderful with our morning coffee overlooking the cow pasture and pond. The 3 fireplaces added so much ambience. We loooved the dark moody bedroom with its insanely comfortable bed. Oh, and don't get me started on the way cool concrete walls and floors. Everything was just so lovely and inspiring. Thank you, Mark and Jamee for sharing this outstanding historical property.
