Perfect location! Quick bike ride via the trail to little league World Series stadium and restaurants and shops. It was nice to park and leave the car at the rental and avoid the traffic in town. Very clean, everything as described. Very responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely stay again!

Modern and comfortable home. Extremely comfortable beds. Very clean all around and exceptionally stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Connie's home is cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms had great pillows and linens and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the university.

We had a great stay here. They have a large kitchen which was nice. The location is just a couple of blocks from High Street, so we were able to walk to restaurants. In general the area is very historic and close to the college. Parking was easy too. I hope to stay here again!

House was perfect for our quick two night weekend trip to watch the football game. Ubers were readily available in<3 minutes. The bed quilts had few stains. The overall house was very clean. And the backyard was just how it was described. Too bad it was to cold to enjoy relaxing next to the beautiful river.

David’s place was very clean and the property was beautiful. The furniture was very nice and well maintained. The foosball table was also alot of fun. David was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed at Sarah’s place with four people to get to know State College, and it was a fantastic experience! The check-in process was very easy, and we received all the necessary information well in advance. Sarah was always available to answer any questions, although most details were already clarified before our arrival. The accommodation was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again!

This place was beautiful and perfect for our multi-family trip. We were especially impressed with the kitchen tools available, and all of the consumable products provided (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels). Everything I needed was found in the kitchen to make yummy food. The kids loved the outside, and the indoor play area, allowing the adults to have some peace. The adults also loved the coffee bar, allowing the options, and all the fixin’s.

A lovely home with plenty of space! We stayed during THON weekend so we could support our daughter in her THON duties. Easy drive to campus- convenient to shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Veronica for easy check in, great communication, app with one touch to lock front door was convenient. The setting was perfect for 5 college boys and 2 moms. Able to prep food in the kitchen while boys watched the game in the living room. They enjoyed the Xbox, pool table and separate space to hang out. The bedrooms had privacy and one touch shades for the windows. We appreciated the driveway shoveled free of snow for us. Thanks for a great stay. We’d love to stay again while our son is at college! We had a great stay!! It was the perfect location. Everything we had planned to do was in a 10 minute driving distance. The house had a great vibe!! There was plenty of space for our group. If we are back that way again we would definitely book at Mim's!!

Very beautiful place, easy to relax and get away. Keppy and Ron were great hosts, I appreciated the homemade peanut butter cookies!

Antoinette's place was fully stocked and equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and quiet neighborhood. There were a few board/card games and we ended up getting hooked on Skip Bo! Snacks and candy were a nice touch! Great place, great stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Betty's place for THON weekend. The coffee, water and scnacks were a great addition since we were in and out at different times throughout the day/night. Everything was easy to find for cooking. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap in the bathroom. We felt at home and would stay there again.

Wonderful family stay while dealing with our Aunt passing. It was so comfortable and had more extra qualities and touches, we all loved it! George is an excellent Host and so welcoming! We will be back! 10+ experience

Very nice home. Clearly setup as a rental, so not full of clutter and family photos like sometimes happens. The unit was clean and check-in and check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay again.
