Waterfront vacation rentals in Parede

This was our second stay at this apartment. My daughter and I loved it the first time and the hosts were really great. This time we brought my husband and my daughter’s fiancé and they loved it also. Great area, comfy apartment. I hope I can come back again some day.

We stayed at Joana's place for a short trip with 2 kids. Had breakfast on the balcony, took hot showers, got some laundry done, cooked in a beautiful kitchen, drank coffee, and had some great family time. Joana's place is right in the middle of it all, accessible street, with lots of shops, safe to walk around, and most importantly surrounded by Portuguese Custard Tart shops. You cannot ask for anything more than that. Would gladly book again!

The apartment at Sergio's is in a great location, has a very great view and communication as well as check-in and check-out are very good and easy. Only the bathroom is comparatively small. For a trip to Lisbon, the apartment is highly recommended overall.

Perfectly located apartment for visiting Lisbon. The hospitality was perfect and we even took advantage of the transportation service with our baby. The hosts provided everything needed for our baby: baby bed and high chair. We recommend it! Note for well-loaded parents, the apartment is on the second floor without elevator access. That seemed perfectly acceptable to us!

We loved our short Stay and would definitely return. The apartment was perfect for our larger party, amazing location, very walkable to everything and very close to the cruise terminal if that’s where your coming from or heading to after your stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay.

I took my mom and my daughter to our first trip to Portugal. The hosts were super communicative. There are a lot of stairs, as level 2 is actually level 3, but we had no issues. The place felt homey and beds/couches super comfortable. AC and heat easily navigated and washing machine was a huge plus. Would def recommend to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

We arrived 2 hours prior to check-in and they were still cleaning the apartment. The host allowed us to leave our luggage, and we had a great lunch down the street. The unit was well-stocked with kitchen supplies and chinaware. The bedding is nice and beds are very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, especially if it's your 1st visit to Lisbon. It's a few blocks from Timeout Market and walkable to the hop on and off buses to tour the other parts of the city. It's 20-30 min from Lisbon Airport. Loved it!

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Staying here felt like our home away from home. We hope to return one day. Highly recommend!

Sparkling clean accommodation in a quiet location with shopping in the immediate vicinity, including a bakery with a wood-burning stove. With coffee or beer on the "village square" we immediately found contact with the locals. Our main destination was Lisbon; with the ferry that goes over hourly, we found the apartment to be a good starting point. It is advisable to plan the return trip well, as the distances in Lisbon - whether on foot or by public transport - have been underestimated by us. For 7 euros, you can buy a day ticket at the metro stations, which is valid on all trams (including the historic ones), bus lines and subways. Thank you to Antonio and his family for the warm welcome and lovely stay. We were a large group of people, for whom the house was an ideal get away. The villa is beautifully decorated inside; with a large table for everyone to have dinner, a sizeable yet cozy living room, and comfortable bedrooms for all. The outside area has a gorgeous view, great seating areas, a bbq which we enjoyed using and a nice pool. Despite some bad weather we had a great time in Sintra, the centre if which is walking distance, and both the airport and Lisbon were easy to get to via Uber. As hosts Antonio and his family where extremely kind, and responded to any messages and requests straight away. Collectively we all agreed we would go back any time, and are already looking forward to our next stay at Quinta da Paciencia!

Thanks to lurds and luis, we had a stay in your really fantastic home!! Superb well appointed house with all the comforts you need and much more! Exceptional views of the ocean and sunset every night. Very good times with the family in the unmissable place of the house: the pool, a real pleasure when you wake up, at noon for an aperitif, and in the evening when you return from the beach!! An unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic place. I'll go there again if I can. Literally ON the beach. We bodysurfed and enjoyed the fantastic sunset!

Gisela was quite welcoming and the apartment is convenient with its 3 bedrooms (! 1 bathroom +wc only > was ok for us but good to know) we really enjoyed the location (Graça) that is not that touristy. you have to get ready to climb the hill but hey... that's Lisbon! and the famous 28 tram line is just down the road. overall we had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

Great flat and great location! You can walk to several beaches, public transport, grocery shopping, lots of little cafes and all sorts of restaurants around, from very cheap to very high end. We went in February so didn't go into the pool but it was great to sunbathe and enjoy the garden with the baby since we could go out for just half an hour and didn't have to walk anywhere. The flat is a family home so it was perfect for our family of 3 with a 10 month old baby, specially because the hosts provide a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath, all very comfortable. August and Teresa were also lovely, very communicative and friendly.

The entire staff at Duques Villa is amazing! friendly, easy to communicate with. the property is fantastic, a beautifully restored historic villa in Lisbon that was once the residence of royalty! You will be treated as such, while you enjoy the amenities and marvel at every touch at Villa Duques!

Great experience in Lisbon Apartment is well-described, comfortable and has everything that traveler could need during short or long trip in the city Location is perfect, I think 6-10 EUR on taxi to the city center, but you leave in modern area with great walking areas, shopping centers, 5 min walk from big grocery store. With super view ! Comfort, friendly attitude and possibility of early check-in or late check-out makes this deal great! Very! fast internet makes remote work easy. If you consider this area and you are okay with T1 apart - this is right choice for sure !

The apartment was fantastic—very nice and perfectly located, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The rooms were quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. Barbara was an excellent host, making sure we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our short stay in Lisbon! Had everything we needed in the apartment and the view was lovely. We were also allowed early check in which was really helpful :)
