Aytunç and his family are opening their old family house to you, which they have renovated and decorated with a lot of love and style. It's a special place with very friendly and welcoming people, who were always available and even shared fruit from their beautifull garden with us. The beds are comfy and everything was impeccably clean. We were a bit surprised to find the kitchen and the (built-in) bathroom in the bedroom, but it didn't bother us much. If you stay during wintertime, bring warm clothes as the seating area has no heating. The village is really small and quiet, but nonetheless there's a good little supermarket. To cross the border is as easy as can be, which makes this place an excellent base for exploring both North and South Cyprus!

A great place just a stone throw away from a lovely road with great restaurants and a short drive to Ayia Napa. Good spot for exploring the Protaras area.

Everything worked out well, the house is big enough, everything you need is at hand, clean. But a little outdated furniture in the bedrooms, appliances can also be updated . Overall had a good time !!!Calm and quiet place!!!!! Recommended!!!!

Hugh's place was beyond expectations. Wonderful Kykladic style house, excellent for 6 people. The communication with Hugh was excellent, the house was clean and the pool has a wonderful view of Famagusta occupied side. The serenity of the place was what needed for our vacations. We will be back for sure!!!! Highly recommend!!!

We rent this villa from 11 Sept till 08 Oct. 2019 House is comfortable to live with childrens for long time (internal closed yard, dishes, bed-clothes, etc), location is perfect for few minutes walking to the sea. There is whole nesessary infrastructure shops, restorans etc. I would recommend to all frieds!

A Magical Beach Getaway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this beach villa in Larnaca was like stepping into a dream. It's right by the beach, and the view of the sea is just wow! The pool is like having a piece of paradise in your backyard. Inside, the house is super comfy and cool. The bedrooms are cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need. It's not just a house; it feels like your own special place. In a nutshell, this place is like a magic spell for a great time. If you want a super cool beach vacation, this is the spot. The house is very nice, cozy, well equipped, with a beautiful and sunny yard. It is close to the beach, 10 steps and you are in the sea. The beach itself is very quiet, almost without people. It's a truly wonderful place ideal for a relaxing holiday but within easy reach (by car) of nearby towns with shops and restaurants. And last but not least, there are lots of nice neighbors and cute cats around :-) Hope to return in the future... Thank you Alison!

Comfortable, clean place close to the Larnaca airport and a peaceful beach. Our family had a relaxing time.

We stayed here for over 2 weeks and everything was perfect, you have everything you need and was even provided with a travel cot for my little one. the house is much bigger and better than it looks in pictures. The outside area is a great size for sitting in the evening and very peaceful. host communicated well to help make sure out stay was the best possible. We very much hope to return next year.
