Vacation rentals in Paralia Karianis

Clean, easy communication, everything was as it should be :)

We stayed there for 7 days, the place was easy to find. We were also able to enter the house 4 hours before the actual check-in. It was very clean, everything you need was available. We got fresh vegetables from our own garden, there were also a few small things like water, coffee capsules... available, which we found a nice gesture. We could always get fresh towels, duvet covers, etc. when we wanted. The place is 1 minute walk from the beach, it couldn't be better. The decor was very modern, there was even a washing machine! Malika was also always able to help us with questions about restaurants or excursion destinations and give great tips. All in all highly recommended!!! Thank you for everything, you are great! Happy to come back again and again.

Small cute 2x townhouse box. By the time of our vacation (early October), more tourism was over. Beach empty, water 21-23 degrees very nice premier summer! Close to many beautiful beaches and many good places to eat.

We stayed for 8 days, with my husband and 2 kids 9 years old. the apartment was great. Pedro's met us on arrival and was very welcoming and give us some useful. You have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. There is enough space for 4 people and the veranda is very nice overlooking to the beach. And you have a nice garden. the place is very quiet - we were alone in the building almost all the time as the other apartments were busy only during the weekend. The washing machine was a great plus especially when you are with kids. There is a very good tavern 30 meters from the apartment and a very well stocked supermarket 500 meters away on the main street as well as a bakery. The beach itself is not the greatest you will find on Sithonia, but if you are with a car, there are a lot of nice beaches nearby. I strongly recommend the place.

Great host, location and general Airbnb - came here on a family holiday and loved it!

María is a wonderful host, very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to have a gentle stay. The hut is lovely with its own garden and easy access, a single downside is that it was a bit noisy from the cars in the evening. Clean, tidy, just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time, we are blessed by Maria.

The place is very nice with a great big terrace. We had towels, coffee, tea and a big bathroom. The location was also great, very close to the center and the beach.

House right on the sea with private bay. Lonely, great location! Relatively fast but also in Ouranoupolis, on Amouliani and on other beautiful beaches such as Karydibeach (Sithonia). We really enjoyed our holiday season! Nothing was missing in the house: kitchen well equipped, towels, beach towel, hair dryer,...everything there.

Wonderful house with beautiful yard, clean and comfy and very close to the beach - just few meters, very hospitable host and all the required amenities. We had great time!
