Great location downtown Koroni, 1min walk to the port/restaurants or the Artaki beach. Also quite unique to have a 2/3 cars private parking as this is an issue in Koroni. The house is typical from last century with very high ceilings. Vintage furniture but beddings are comfortable. The kitchen has the essentials for short stays. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The others have fans and if windows / shutters are well managed, it’s OK during August. 2 modernized bathrooms with showers. Athina is a great host, very friendly and very responsive with house topics or local tourism tips.

We spent a calm and beautiful family 3 days of Holy Spirit with friends! Very good case of holiday accommodation for families and couples who want tranquility and direct access to the beach. Lia is a great host, she always responded accurately, and is very knowledgeable about the concept of “hosting.”

Eva was very reponsive when I had any questions or queries. Her Mother, Gianna, met us as soon as we arrived and showed us into the house and explained how everything worked. She looked after us very well for the two days we were there, chatting to us in her taverna, where we ate both nights, and inviting us for coffee and breakfast. I was able to practise my Greek, and Gianna, her English! We were able to buy fresh bread from the little shop. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a good heater in the kitchen/living area for when it was cold in the evenings. We loved the balcony and the view of the snow-covered Taygetos mountains. We sat out there enjoying the sunshine, at various times throughout the day. The village was quiet and peaceful and we were able to do a wonferful hike in the surrounding area. Thank you for having us, hopefully, we will be able to come again!

very small village with friendly folk, and very few, but great places to eat. Costas was extemly friendly and helpful, in fact, he escorted us through the village and did he's very best to make us feel at home!!

The house is quietly and secludedly located between olive, lemon and orange trees. We arrived at night, but thanks to Dimitrios' very good directions, we found the house quickly. We were with our son and his family in the house ( a total of 6 people). We had enough space and enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking. The oven was great for making fries for the kids. The terrace is huge and super beautiful. The air conditioning worked well. Fans were also provided. Washing machine is great if you are traveling with children. The beach is quick to reach and offers plenty of shade in the afternoon. By car, the bakery, butcher and supermarket can be reached quickly. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house. Dimitrios is a very friendly host and communication was excellent.

It's our second time in Niko and Kosta's house and we love it and feel like home. They are perfect hosts. The house is spacious and comfortable, peaceful and clean. You can feel the whole Messenia here. We will definitely come again since we found a perfect place to stay during our summer holidays in Greece.

Staying in this beautiful stone house was the absolute highlight of our trip to Greece for us. The region is fascinating, as is the location of the house. The house itself is the perfect starting point for this. Nestled in a beautiful olive garden, it provides peacefulness and privacy. The house is chicly furnished, especially the kitchen is also well equipped, ideal for self-catering and cooking. The location is wonderfully quiet (we were here in March), and the views – whether of the sea or the mountains – simply fantastic. It was especially nice to start the day with a coffee on the terrace. There are even two of them: one with sun in the morning in the east, one with evening sun in the west. A big thank you goes to Claire, the host: very warm, helpful and always available. She personally welcomed us, explained everything to us in peace and gave many great tips for excursions. Conclusion: A place to feel good, relax and discover.

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

Beautiful accommodation facing the sea and in a very peaceful area. Selana the host was very kind and reactive to my messages. She made sure that I had the smoothest check-in possible. I also very much appreciated that she left me some supplies for breakfast in the fridge. I found all the necessary amenities available. I also had a restful night in a comfy bed. I definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Kalamata! We booked last minute due to our other reservation in Volos being canceled for the recent storm damage, so our visit in Kalamata was a happy accident. The views from the villa could not be more beautiful, the space was very private, the house was extremely clean, we had everything we needed there, plus extra treats we were not expecting. The villa is on the side of a mountain and the streets of Kalamata and surrounding towns are windy, narrow and at times very steep, so expect an eventful drive to get here! All that aside, it was easy to find, and we were walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

Great house, great view, great service, personal welcoming. Just the initial communication wasn't perfect and until the day we arrived we didn't know how to get into the house. The administrators live in the same street so you can arrive at flexible hours.

We had a great stay at the villa! As two couples traveling with a small dog, we found the villa to be clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The host was very responsive, answering all of our questions before check-in and even meeting us to guide us to the villa, which was a thoughtful touch.   The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the sea. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals at villa, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Beautiful property, cleverly designed and very close to the famous Costa Navarino golf courses! Convenient location to explore the many picturesque villages of the region! The owner is very helpful and willing to help when needed! Highly recommended and we will certainly return!

Very well-kept house in a quiet hillside setting overlooking the sea. Evening temperatures - August - perfect for sleeping without air conditioning. Modern and functional appliances, drinking water (filter), comfortable mattresses. Beautiful terrace to eat with a wonderful view.

Daniel is a wonderful host , super kind, available and extremely generous ! We had an incredible time in beautiful and calm Sotiras. It’s a perfect location for those who seek a base to explore the peninsula right next to Areopolis. The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking sunsets , great garden and very convenient for two people with all the amenities one needs. Daniel waited for us on our very late check in and generously allowed us to use the terrace and external shower of his house while he was away. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a base while exploring Mani. Thank you Daniel !

that was just great! Gianna gave us the information to arrive by phone, super clear and easy to follow with photos supporting the GPS point. The accommodation is perfect for two to three people, super quiet, super well located, very nice view from the terrace. The mattresses are very good, the kitchen is very well equipped, the small terrace is very nice. Really great!

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

A very cozy apartment with a spectacular view. Lots of space and walking distance to both tavernas and the beach. Very friendly and service minded host, included a nice dinner when we arrived. If you want to experience Skoutari with your family this is a great place to go!

A very beautiful and clean house that you immediately felt like yours. Very quiet neighborhood 2 min by car from a very beautiful beach and 10 minutes from the center of the coronavirus.
