Great location and a lovely apartment. Communication with Antonis worked out very well and after a few problems at the beginning of the accommodation, which was quickly taken care of, we had a lovely stay. In autumn, the sea is still wonderfully warm and there are fewer tourists. Highly recommend.

Great location downtown Koroni, 1min walk to the port/restaurants or the Artaki beach. Also quite unique to have a 2/3 cars private parking as this is an issue in Koroni. The house is typical from last century with very high ceilings. Vintage furniture but beddings are comfortable. The kitchen has the essentials for short stays. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The others have fans and if windows / shutters are well managed, it’s OK during August. 2 modernized bathrooms with showers. Athina is a great host, very friendly and very responsive with house topics or local tourism tips.

We spent a calm and beautiful family 3 days of Holy Spirit with friends! Very good case of holiday accommodation for families and couples who want tranquility and direct access to the beach. Lia is a great host, she always responded accurately, and is very knowledgeable about the concept of “hosting.”

Very beautiful place, great hosts. An immediate response from Evangelia to what we asked. And a very kind and hospitable Mrs. Gianna, whose tavern is worth eating. The house was rustic, spotless with amenities and nice views of the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We were greeted by the host's mom who lives upstairs in an extremely warm and attentive way (jams, eggs, cakes, citrus fruits...). The accommodation is very clean and the environment is superb and quiet. We washed out with our rental car and everyone went out of their way to help us and in general to do us a favor throughout our stay. A big thank you to this lovely family. We recommend it and will gladly go back.

The house is quiet and secluded among olive, lemon and orange trees. We arrived at night, but due to the very good directions of Dimitrios we found the house quickly. We were in the house with our son and his family ( a total of 6 people). We had enough space and enough utensils for cooking in the kitchen. The oven was great for making fries for the kids. The patio is huge and super beautiful. Aircon worked well. Fans were also provided. Washing machine is great if you are traveling with children. The beach can be reached quickly and offers plenty of shade in the afternoon. By car, bakery, butcher and supermarket can be reached quickly. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house. Dimitrios is a very friendly host and communication was excellent.

It was a beautiful house and stay at an amazing location. The house was really pretty with nice interior and exterior spaces. Claire was very helpful and kind and we would highly recommend it!

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

We had a wonderful stay in Kalamata! We booked last minute due to our other reservation in Volos being canceled for the recent storm damage, so our visit in Kalamata was a happy accident. The views from the villa could not be more beautiful, the space was very private, the house was extremely clean, we had everything we needed there, plus extra treats we were not expecting. The villa is on the side of a mountain and the streets of Kalamata and surrounding towns are windy, narrow and at times very steep, so expect an eventful drive to get here! All that aside, it was easy to find, and we were walking distance to some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

Great house, great view, great service, personal welcoming. Just the initial communication wasn't perfect and until the day we arrived we didn't know how to get into the house. The administrators live in the same street so you can arrive at flexible hours.

I went to Netkaria for the 3rd time now. Skordosilias is always helpful in all matters, even if the car breaks. You have virtually a point of contact 24 hours a day. The accommodations are simply a dream in terms of location! The bedding smells like "at home with mom" :-) Thank you again for wonderful days and nights - I sleep better than at home with you

Simply a stunning house and location that my friends and I have already said send love to return to one day. You can’t stay that about many places! Peaceful, amazing sunsets, relaxing vibes. What more could you want. Hosts were great and always trying to make sure we had all we needed. Book it!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The house and location are very nice and worth the money. The view over the olive trees to the sea was as we had imagined and dreamed. By the pool there were not only four very comfortable loungers but also a cozy sitting area. Under the olive trees there was another table with four chairs in the shade. What we didn't like so much was that the mattress in the smaller bed was very soft. In the large bed, on the other hand, the mattresses have been very hard. Here I would suggest investing in new and higher quality mattresses. The house cleaning could be a little more thorough and the drains in the bathroom should also be cleaned after every departure. Overall, we felt very comfortable, can recommend this house with a clear conscience and would book it again. 5-Star ***** :-)

Home by the sea was extraordinary. The design, the location and the view are unparalleled.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

A very beautiful and clean house that you immediately felt like yours. Very quiet neighborhood 2 min by car from a very beautiful beach and 10 minutes from the center of the coronavirus. Literally among the olive trees. Silence and peace. In the distance the noise of the waves that is wonderful despite not seeing the sea. A red and white cat will keep you company, who will not refuse your cuddles if you want. Pebble beach a 10-minute walk from home to enjoy the sunset. Location suitable for visiting hands (by car). Dedicated parking in front of the home. Large studio apartment, with double bed and kitchen equipped with the essentials. Functional bathroom. Highly recommended. The balcony in the back overlooking an expanse of olive trees is peaceful and relaxing with a table and chairs
