Villa vacation rentals in Paradise Island

Timothy’s place was simply incredible! We stayed for a week, and it was beautiful. Very private, whole beach to yourself. My *now fiance* proposed to me while we were there. On Love Beach. It was so romantic. Timothy was the best host, very responsive & super attentive! We will be back to this villa for sure! Life long memories were made there! 😇🥰💍🤍

A group of 3 adult couples shared the rental for 5 nights and were very happy with our stay. We especially loved the size of the home and all having our own bathrooms. I was impressed with how little I could hear others outside and indoors. Our only regret was waiting to try Bon Vivants bar until our last night - our favorite recommendation from Deborah. Such a gem!

Absolutely amazing view that cannot be beat in Nassau. Home was the perfect size for 8. Very walkable to beaches, groceries, restaurants, and other amenities. Hosts were so very helpful and responsive.

This place was amazing and everything we needed to get away from it all. We rented the whole house for the family. The sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous. It is about 30 minutes away from the airport and Atlantis, which is a great location to be in driving distance (recommend getting a rental) from the touristy areas and far away to experience the serenity of being by the beach. Dario and Erin were extremely responsive and accommodating to our very late arrival.

The place was very nice, it is located in a super strategic place for everything interesting on the island. Make sure you receive the accurate instructions as otherwise it can be complicated. The area is very safe and great for families.

My family had a great stay here! The cohost Nella was friendly, responsive and helpful. She provided us with airport transfers both ways, helped us with our luggage and gave good recommendations for the area. The unit was clean and well stocked, had comfortable beds and a great living room area and balcony. The pools and beach were only steps away, and we used the provided beach chairs and umbrellas every day. It was also only a 10-15 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group of 16 scuba divers to stay the night before boarding our liveaboard. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Easy walk to get provisions for breakfast and easy pizza delivery for dinner! Great kitchen and big dining table. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home!!

Gabriel and Mindi both very responsive. Toya and her son were amazing (they clean) and even came back to check in on us after we got settled. Clean, modern. The beach is so beautiful and basically all to yourselves. Treat yourself to sunset dinner at Solemar down the road.

Fantastic hosts that make sure you are taken care of throughout the whole trip! From Airbnb, to transportation, excursion recs, grocery delivery, etc. I highly recommend this group!! This Airbnb felt safe and secure with alarm system and driveway gate. We were able to have a stress free vacation!

We loved this property! The location and the property was perfect for our family of 4. We had plans of exploring all the local beaches but kept coming back to the beach directly across the street and we all agreed it was our favorite. We were usually the only people there. Along with our teenagers we all felt perfectly safe walking back and forth to the beach and to the restaurant next door. The property was so clean and exactly as pictured. We cooked some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The restaurant next door was very convenient and they are so nice. Every single person we encountered on the island was so nice and hospitable! Gabriel and Mindy were very responsive and helpful with all the questions we sent their way. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a great property. We stayed for an entire month with two young kids and enjoyed it the entire time. Any issues we had, which were minor, were sorted quickly. The kitchen is well stocked for an Airbnb and the knives (at the time we were there) were even sharp (rare for Airbnbs). The unit is furthest from the beach in the complex, but still walkable in 8-10 min. It’s however very close to the unit pool which is quiet. You should know, and it’s been said before, about the beach club policy. We used it almost the entire time and the staff there were quite chill. If you don’t want to spend the money, no problem, there’s plenty of beach, you just don’t get access to the beach chairs or shade. You can walk to Solomon’s in 8 minutes and it feels safe, though probably wouldn’t do it in the dark. We rented a car and that’s definitely recommended as it gives you more flexibility. We were an American family traveling to Nassau/New Providence for the first time and did not want the resort experience. We wanted a safe Airbnb, and somewhere we could have as a home base to explore the more quiet and tranquil parts of the island. Geno's place was PERFECT for that. It is gated with a person to check you in and out when coming and going, a small convenience store across the way with really kind women who run the joint, a supermarket nearby for access to groceries (albeit a bit expensive), and the Pink Octopus in a neighboring community for cocktails and an ocean view. There is a small beach but it's decent, better beaches are a drive- Love, Jaws were our favorites - 35-40 minutes but it's island driving and you get to see how Bahamian life really is. Nassau and Paradise Island are a much shorter drive, but more loads of people. The house is clean, cozy, and well decorated. The pool is great! Remember, this is island life, so it's different. And well worth it.
