Great location, great stay, Host was very responsive, would highly recommend this property.

Lovely house with very comfortable furnishings. Brilliant yard for us and our dog. Teenagers loved the games room/gym. A lot of time spent relaxing on the porch. Short walk to beautiful beach which we mostly had all to ourselves. Such a lovely quiet town. Would love to come back.

Lovely beachside cottage. Felt at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Loved the closeness to the beach for morning and evening walks. Teenagers loved the freedom they had being able to wander to the beach as they liked. Was fabulous for our dog as well. Bonus was seeing the aurora one evening.

Overall a wonderful stay for our family of 6 (3 adults + 3 kids) & 2 dogs. We especially loved the deck around the property as our dogs could move around and rest in different spots as the weather heated up during the day. Place was cosy, well-furnished and well-equipped (which makes sense considering the limited options available at Golden Beach). Instructions were clear and we were greatly appreciative of the flexibility shown with check in & check out. Our dogs also enjoyed resting under the house (gave us a scare when we couldn’t find one) and as it’s a fully secure place, we had absolute peace of mind. Thoroughly recommend Megan’s & Mark’s if you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat away from the hustle and bustle; in idyllic, blissful, beautiful Golden Beach. We will be back again !!

The property is walkable to shops and cafes, and with beautiful view of the river. Amazing sunrise and sunset view from the garden and the balcony. The surroundings are peaceful. Judy is very friendly and full of local knowledge. We had a great time staying there!

The Metung Pearl was a great place to explore Metung from. Matching the description, the apartment is small but cosy and full of natural light with views out to the lake. The apartment is in a quiet location, but only a couple of minutes walk to cafes and the pub. The best part is the private jetty. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there, watching the swans and pelicans do their thing. Yu was a proactive host, with clear instructions and information in the lead up to the stay. Highly recommend the Metung Pearl to anyone wanting a fuss-free home base from which to explore Metung!

Wow. If I could rate this 100 stars, I would. Everything about this place is absolutely perfect. The location is probably the best we’ve ever stayed in with the little beach about 10 metres from the back door. There is literally everything you could possibly need in the kitchen plus more. The bedrooms were cosy and homely and the beds were so comfortable. The living area was very spacious - we are a family with 3 teenage boys who all seem to take up more room than physically possible and not once did we feel cramped. There was a smart TV so they could watch any sport they wanted (which wasn’t much because they wanted to be outside) and beautiful aircon for when we got too hot. I loved the little desk away from the lounge to paint and draw at while they were occupied. Kat happily answered all my annoying questions before our stay. This has been my favourite air bnb we’ve ever stayed at and we will definately be returning. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved it.

“Absolutely Amazing Stay!” I had an incredible experience staying at Mona’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and making it easy to explore the area. Mona was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Jenny's place is immaculately clean and spacious. Very responsive and helpful, and definitely felt welcome with the complimentary bubbles and beers & chocolate. The included EV charger helps with no easy access to public charger around the area, especially after the multiple trips to Wilson Prom. Highly Recommended.

A beautiful property perfectly situated in the picturesque town of lakes entrance. Very walkable and lots to see. H was a lovely host and made me feel very welcomed. H is full of local knowledge and knew all the best places to go and gave me some great tips for my travels. A wonderful stay I would love to stay again

Great place for a family stay, short or long. Can't beat the locaction with beach just right outside the backyard.

The house was very clean and tidy and the location was perfect. When we arrived, a bottle of chilled white wine was waiting for us in the fridge and ninety nine miles of uninterrupted sandy beach at our doorstep. There is a Foodworks store - also selling fish & chips, nearby. A short drive to Loch Sport, Sale and Lake Wellington. Paynesville is 1 hour and 23 minutes away and Metung 1 hour 45 minutes. Lots a board games, DVDs and CDs in the house. Kids loved them. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot thank Dean for his hospitality enough and we highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Dean 🙂

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at! The host was incredibly thoughtful and provided everything you could possibly need. The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Its location was extremely convenient, right on the main street, within walking distance to the beach and supermarket. I’ll definitely come back again!

Great place and fantastic location, Helen was very easy to deal with and we really enjoyed our stay.

David was a great host, plenty of communication re check in and flexible with sleeping arrangements, he made the stay quite stress free. The location cannot be beaten with 90 mile beach about 100m from the back door and the jetty 50m from the front.
