Vacation rentals in Papanui Junction

We were very busy with family events during our stay so we didn't really get the full beach/Bach experience. We did love our morning beachcombing and would love to stay there again for longer especially in summer. Recommended for that classic kiwi Bach holiday!

10/10 - A Wonderful Stay! We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, very quiet, and easy to locate, making our trip stress-free from the moment we arrived. All of the facilities were in great condition and impeccably clean, which made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. The well-fitted kitchen was a great bonus, with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The smart TVs in the house were another fantastic feature, allowing us to unwind with our favorite shows after a day of exploring. One of the highlights for us was being able to bring our dog along. It’s not always easy to find places that are pet-friendly, and Jo was incredibly welcoming and accommodating of our furry friend, which made our trip even more special. We were also lucky to enjoy some incredible views of Mount Ruapehu during our stay – a real treat! The peaceful surroundings and the beautiful scenery made this the perfect getaway.

Fantastic stay! My partner and I stayed for a night with our dog for a wedding. Sue and Simon were really accommodating with our needs ahead of time, and very responsive. The property is fully fenced so we felt super comfortable letting our little escape artist roam outside to let out some energy. The property was quite private and very easy to find, very easy parking. The shower water pressure was super strong and bathroom very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Highly recommend this place and we wish we stayed longer!

Enjoyable stay, place as described, clean, tidy, with all of the amenities you would expect. Nicely setup making our stay very pleasant. Friendly host, who was great to deal with, happy to recommend to anyone.

A great cottage with plenty of space for our group of 7. The spa is a bonus, after a busy day of adventures. Loved it.

This is an excellent place—I would say even better and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. It is modern, clean, warm, well-equipped, and really big. There were just four of us, but I think a group twice as big could be comfortable there. The spa pool was a wonderful feature. Thank you for hosting us, Lindsay!

As always, very much loved our stay at this home. Beautiful home and surrounds with views. Great bedroom layout and having separate toilets with multiple guests staying was very useful.

We stayed here during summer, which meant we got the whole chalet for the two of us at a great price. It is a lovely spot, and nice to have so much space. This chalet is very walkable into Ohakune town, and you get a lovely view of the mountain from the upstairs bedroom. Loved it!

Tess’s place was perfect for our night in Whanganui! Great sized space, spotless and personal touches :) definitely recommend.
