We can’t say enough good things about this house. It was PERFECTION; it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We traveled with 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) and everyone fit in the house comfortably. The kids space to play was so great for the kids. The fireplace room was big enough for all of us to sit by a cozy fire and watch tv after a day of skiing or playing in the snow. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. And we were all able to sit at the dining room table for dinners. The land was absolutely incredible. We could skate on the lake, we had snowball fights, built snowmen, we explored the property to take pictures, and the kids were able to play on the play ground. We truly cannot say one negative thing about this house. We wish we could take this house on each vacation we go on!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo in Green Mansions. It was very spacious and Bryce was extremely communicative.

Very nice home with great amenities. Great location to and from everything. Nicely distributed with space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the home has plenty of towels etc. Overall it was a great place for weekend or longer. Maria was easy to communicate with and there were no issues.

Highly recommended space and host! Kurt is hands down an A+ super host! We arrived in Burlington in the evening with having another Airbnb reservation that we found not to be a good fit for us! Frantically searching for other Airbnb accommodations for the night, several hosts had availability but showed no urgency to help us. Kurt literally stopped what he was doing to go and turn lights and heat on for us. He also left water, a couple beers, and creamer in the fridge for our morning coffee, which too was provided. The space is exactly how it was pictured. Clean, uncluttered, and beautiful! Kurt’s place has great location in a charming quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower was also great to have! Finding this place last minute was the cherry on top of our amazing Burlington experience….and we will be back! the house is just wonderful! my friends and I, we were delighted. especially the wooden furniture. comfortable beds, lots of extra towels and blankets, the house was very warm upon our arrival, and house slippers for each guest were like a "cherry on the cake". beautiful private territory, we wanted to stay longer, but we went skiing, which I also think is a big plus, all the sights are nearby, ski slopes, White Face Mountain and Lake Placid are 30 minutes away. perfect location and house, highly recommend

This was my first time staying at Ken’s beautiful home on Minerva Lake. When I walked inside I was in awe. The interior home is stunning. A large dining room table was off to the side of the living room and we loved gathering around the table to do watercolor paintings. The bedrooms are comfy and cute. Little details around the house like nightlights and paintings are so sweet. Everything we needed was there for us. The kitchen was cute and we enjoyed cooking our meals and making salads. The fire pit outside was also lots of fun. We made s’mores and we were hoping to see the Northern Lights but unfortunately they didn’t come down south far enough, but we still had fun. The house is extremely comfortable and inviting. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks Ken for everything. Lori.

The house and the property were beautiful and very relaxing. We had six of us staying there for four nights and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and cooking utensils. There was not a shortage of fire wood either which we used every night. The fire place and seating around it made for a relaxing and cozy place to hang out and relax. The property was like a setting right of a post card. We traveled from Florida to have fun in the snow and there was plenty of it. Having 10 acres of woods and hills to explore was perfect. The house is also conveniently located from the Burlington Airport, the town of Stowe and the slopes making it easy to get to and from places, but still offering up the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of the town. We would definitely stay at this house again!

This was the perfect place for our family's post-Christmas vacation! Cozy yet spacious spaces! Shannon always responded quickly to any questions and provided great information about the area! A truly beautiful setting on 5 wooded acres!
