The house is amazing. It have a small clean pool where kids can play around, it located in the middle of kampung so you'll have a fresh and clean air, it have a vintage spacious joglo where you can place an additional extra bed if needed or a common place from guest and visitor to hang around. They serve you with delicious breakfast and pack you with a wonderful take away local food. Wonderful.

Definitely one of three best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Novi and Bjorn’s place is really amazing! The heritage home gave us a very homely feeling and too comfortable to go out for attractions visit! We can tell a lot of effort has been put into to the detail to make it clean and cozy. Thanks Pak Tunggal’s hospitality and also showing us around to share more about the history of this heritage home. The location easily accessible by Grab to Malioboro street in 10-15 min, walkable distance to a grocery place with eatery. I am sure I’ll come back again for my next trip to Jogja!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything we wanted to explore in Jogja. It made getting around so easy and convenient. The highlight was definitely the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The property itself was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a family stay. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jogja and would definitely stay here again!

Three KTs (inc. 2 KM inside) are spacious, 1 KM outside, comfortable for 5 adults & 14-month twin grandchildren. The living room is clean bright, modern, suitable for family gatherings & twins. Fully equipped kitchen facilities, Clean swimming pool, cold air conditioning, smooth warm water, TV (we don't use it). Location is near St. Lempuyangan. Carpark. We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

It is very nice to live here. The atmosphere of the room is like a home, the facilities are complete and clean. There is a water heater, washing machine, iron and wifi as well. Strategic location, close to schools, campuses, mini markets, places to eat, laundry, malls. Owner is also very responsive and informative. The check-in process is also easy and flexible...

This is the 2nd time we visited with a total of 13 days stay, The accommodation is very clean, very strategic near everywhere to tourist areas in Jogja, around the location of many 5 to 5 star culinary, near pharmacies, near convenience stores & supermarkets, 24-hour culinary access, spacious parking, cold air conditioning, the kitchen is quite complete, check in / check out is easy, the interior is neat and comfortable. All electronic equipment facilities work well, the staff of mas bondan is very helpful & friendly, the host communicates well. Fast wifi, soft & comfortable mattress.
