A wonderful stay in a perfect apartment! We spent several months in Sophie's apartment, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the CHU, shops and transport, making it very convenient for everyday life. The place is extremely well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The spaces are bright, functional and tastefully decorated, offering a warm and comfortable setting. We particularly enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing our family meals. Sophie is a remarkable host, always available, attentive and ready to answer any questions we may have. His kindness and responsiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent stay in this beautiful and functional house. The environment is peaceful, very natural and beautiful. Everything was perfect, looking forward to coming back on occasion.

This is a well appointed, comfortable, very spacious holiday home with a very large semi-shaded lot. The cottage is a haven of peace and silence, it is far from other dwellings without being isolated! The total air conditioning of the property is the real "plus" during the heatwave. The Lake of St Pardoux is almost inaccessible in the aftermath of summer because "black of people" so go swimming in the morning (max 15 min. on foot) . We nevertheless found a supervised and pleasant water point in St Martin Terrassus for afternoon swimming. For walkers; we took many (shaded) walks around Lac de St Pardoux and in the surrounding area. The lockbox allows stress-free flexibility for check-in and check-out times, which is nice.
