Vacation rentals with a patio in Palos Verdes Estates

This place had almost everything I needed, stylish and cozy as described. It was quite cold at night and, while there was a heating unit in the bedroom, there was none in the living room. When I asked Juan about this, he brought a space heater right away. I had the feeling that whatever things I might need, he was ready to accommodate. I made a few more minor requests and the answer was always “yes.” I really appreciated that. I would definitely book this in the future, should the opportunity arise.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s. So much to so walking distance, è speciale restaurants and downtown is close too. My favorite walking the stand along the beach. I only used my car twice in a week. I could hear the ocean waves in the morning. Great location! Will definitely rent again.

Loved Mark’s place. Really nicely done, awesome bathroom and great size balcony with chairs. Building has great amenities. Neighborhood is awesome with a great little smoothie, breakfast place across the courtyard, you can sit outside and look at the marina. Mark was very communicative and responsive and friendly.

So quick to respond and great location! Loved the indoor/outdoor living setup. They also had a wagon full of sand toys and chairs that made a walk to the beach so easy for our family.

We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adult children and our parents, and it was perfect for us. The house is very well stocked, more so than most. Comfy beds, good kitchen. Parking is indeed tight so we opted to park on the street - just make sure you read the signs (they are very clear but don't let a ticket ruin your holiday). We plan to stay again.

Mike was a very nice host and the stay was wonderful. The house is very close to the beach (and dog beach) and the neighborhood is very dog friendly! There is also a small playground nearby. The house was clean and we found everything we needed in it. Overall, I would go back with my family (husband and 2 little kids) at any time of the year!

It is located in a quiet neighborhood a little far from the slight hustle and bustle of Koreatown. All the facilities were very tidy and cozy, so my wife and I were very happy with our stay. The parking space is always available, and there is a safety gate using the remote control, so it is very safe. There is a good road to go to each area in LA, and there are grocery stores such as Ralps and Vons within a 3-minute drive, and delicious restaurants in Korea town are close by. (My wife and I especially bought California Donut every day.) Famous tourist attractions such as Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios were also convenient enough to get to in about 20 minutes max. The host, Nada, was very friendly and always quick to respond. I would like to stay there again the next time I visit LA.

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful interior and exterior spaces and a fantastic, spectacularly well stocked kitchen that serious cooks will love. And Brett was the perfect host!

Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

Fabio has a great place and is super communicative. He was very accommodating and friendly and went out of his way. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Parking was easy. I would absolutely recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laura’s! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights for us was the private, fenced yard—our dogs absolutely loved it! The thoughtful touch of little doggie treats made them feel just as welcome as we did. The space was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly appreciated Laura’s hospitality and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice house to stay in a little smaller than I would’ve liked but in a great neighborhood and two blocks from the beach, so it’s a wonderful location It was super clean and well organized. A couple times I needed questions answered. I called and they picked up and took care of the issue right away. Highly recommend.

Great location, and a very beautiful home - you can tell the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into making it a comfortable space for their guests. The parking spot and laundry was a huge plus for my family. Thank you for having us!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

The place was great, everything went smooth from checking in to checking out. The place was clean and very cozy! I’d recommend to any and everyone looking for a place to stay! The backyard of the place was probably one of the best views I’ve seen so far!. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

It is our second time staying at Navid's place. It has a lot of space (2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large living room, etc.) and we have a 5 year old, so it was nice to have space for her to play. We also appreciate the underground parking, as the street parking gets full in the neighborhood. It is also easy to communicate with Navid if there is an issue.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

I had never been to LA and I had only used an AIRBNB one time previously. I had spent hours and days scrolling to find something and I chose his condo. It worked out great. He was pleasant to work with and very responsive. My pet peeve is cleanliness and odors and his place was clean and had no funky smells. Also, most importantly, I felt safe being there with my college age daughters and her friends.

Oksana’s condo was lovely and we had everything we needed! The king bed was quite comfortable. We had a question about how to operate the lock on the front door and she communicated with us both by Ring video and also came over the next morning to help us. ☺️

My friend and I stayed here for an anime convention at the convention center nearby. Clean apartment, cozy space and a lot of restaurants and stuff nearby to try out. Place is easy to find but the driveway is tight and might scrape under the car when entering. Some cars park on the street so it could be a tight turn to make it in. That’s the only negative that we had during our stay. 100% would recommend to those who want to stay in Long Beach!

John is a great guy and made everything very easy for us. Very responsive. Also, the condo is extremely well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms). Great location. We will stay there again.
