The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures. The pool was impeccable and perfect to enjoy, and the bathrooms were super clean and well maintained. César's attention was exceptional; he was always attentive to us and made us feel very welcome. As a very kind touch, he left us cold water and snacks when we arrived, which was a great gesture. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

Jane's place is so beautiful and calm, it's perfect for a quick getaway and yet it has all the amenities to work from a distance. Great pool, amazing vegetation and the villa was impecable. Definitely coming back to this one!

Very good place, very quiet and comfortable

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

Everything was perfect, the house was very quiet. Mr. Jesus was very kind, he went to clean on the second day because there was garbage in the pool... he wanted to make sure it wasn't dirty to use it... thank you for everything!

We had a great time, it is a pretty functional place and with a good location, since there are very well stocked stores nearby, if you order by apps they also arrive without a problem. As for the space, it works great for two people, even three. For cooking, we consider that some utensil with more cutting edge and containers to keep things would be useful. The cooler does not have a freezer so you have to consider that and buy ice because with the heat they are required. TV works great and has many entertainment platforms. Regarding the pool is quite good, the water is clean and cared for, just consider that it is cold, so you have to make the most of the sunny hours. We are very grateful to Mr. Enrique for the fluid communication and to be aware of us, as well as to Mrs. Mary for receiving us, showing us the place and the confidence to request anything. We hope to be back soon.

The place is super nice, it has everything you need to live in and enjoy the stay. If you want a place to rest and spend it amazing as a family, this is the place. I highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing, only as a suggestion would be to install a doorbell for the parking issue, since during my stay they knocked on the door and I didn't hear.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great stay at Alejandro's place. The view is incredible. The furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location is very central, and the condo complex feels very safe and calm. I would definitely remember it and recommend it to others.

Francisco’s place was the perfect home base for exploring all that Cuernavaca has to offer—just steps away from amazing spots! The apartment was secure, spotless, and the bed and pillows were insanely comfortable. Seriously, I slept like a dream! The only thing that could have made it even better…a few extra fans or AC throughout the house to keep that perfect Cuernavaca breeze flowing. But overall, a fantastic stay—I’d absolutely come back! Spacious apartment with refreshing pool, the old town is within walking distance and we also felt safe on the way home in the evening. Very quiet location, you really hear almost nothing from the street. Rogerio is very nice and always available. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
