John has a beautiful farm house in a great location with an amazing grounds. There was fresh fruit from the many trees outside of the house. Shannon is a very nice town in a great part of New Zealand. This is our second stay in Shannon but our first stay with John. We'll definitely come back.

My husband and I had a great time at Karen’s place. Foxton isn’t a big town but is a reasonable driving distance to two bigger ones. Very good price for quite a big space. Comfortable beds. Karen is very responsive.

Beautiful older home, had window latches I haven’t seen since the old state houses were rebuilt, great location easy to find shops etc

Fabulous home for our stay for 3days with babies, parents and grandparents while visiting for a wedding. Quiet house with multiple outdoor areas including a pool! House has everything you need for cooking, and Cecile has been extremely generous with the supply of breakfast supplies. Also toys and books for kids and adults. Loved it. and appreciated a chat with Don. Best wishes always and thanks for your generosity:)

Like Philippa stated when villa finishes renovation it definitely looks grand and posh. But still loved interiors tastefully decorated furniture and personal touches. All of us enjoyed something different than normal air b&b experience. Thanks

Perfect overnight stop on our way north from the ferry arriving at Wellington and not wanting a long drive. The property was as described. We were very comfortable on the sofa and we slept well. Breakfast supplies were very welcome.

Truly enjoyed working with Hannah. Location, location, location. Wonderful walks along the river, playing in the water park and breakfast in the backyard. What more could you ask for. Great beds, peaceful and a great kitchen to prepare meals. Highly recommended.

This house is spacious, tidy and has a large backyard which is fully fenced. We had a great time at the property with my dog and 2 young kids. The interior is open and spacious and has a nice living area with comfortable couches. We would definitely recommend this property to others with kids and a dog.

As a group we were very very happy with our home away from home for a few days. Everything was there that we needed. Easy place to relax in. Good value for money. Was nice & handy to the venue we marched in. Had great time at the Marist Rugby Club for Friday night evening meal. Overall. Great value for money. Amy responded very quickly to any queries by text. Overall. Very very happy.
