Spacious, clean and fully loaded for a fun adventure with the kiddos to Universal Studios! The extra kids’ toys plus backyard with a swing set/giant chess board and hot tub was an added bonus! Great layout— where the kids could be on one side of the house and the adults can be in the master so noise is not a big issue at all! Loved the themed bedrooms! A two-minute drive to Vons and Starbucks and anything else you need, but they even had a coffee bar in the home :) Host was responsive to any and all questions and we had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us for a weekend trip. The home was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us since we were a large group. Margaret made it such a smooth and enjoyable experience and she was incredibly responsive when we had questions before booking. Check in was super easy, the neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything we needed. We definitely hope to be able to stay here again next time we’re in the area!!

Garnik was very responsive and made the entire process easy. The home was very comfortable for our party of 10. We especially liked the open downstairs area with tons of seating that made it easy for all of us to gather.

This place is so beautiful, quiet, secluded and magical! It's about 12 minutes drive from the town of Pearblossom which is very small. It's a small gates area with only a few houses around, but we havn't seen anyone while we stayed there. It's 9 minutes walk from a natural park called "the devil's punch bowl" where you can hike and climb on rocks. We enjoyed it very much with our kids and dog. The house is great! It has lots of bedrooms and beds, fully stocked kitchen (very old appliances but they work), 2 fireplaces, many TV's, awesome play room and a wonderful Jacuzzi (strong jets). We spent time hiking, bathing, playing pool, watching movies and eating. This is a perfect place to check out from the world and enjoy family time. I will also mention that if you go outside early, you will see a few dears! There's a grocery store about 12 minutes drive, we brought a lot of food with us. Wonderful experience!

We rented Ben’s place to stay for our daughters quinceñera. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious and we felt right at home. Surprisingly large And spacious inside. Would definitely rent this location again when visiting this area. Ben is an excellent host!!

Had another lovely weekend at Levi’s place. Everyone enjoyed it. We’ll be back.

Lovely peaceful place in the mountains, vast loft space, easy striking distance of Los Angeles. Spotlessly clean. Just be aware sat nav sent me down the drive 2 doors down so just check the gate numbers at the end of the drive . Only improvement would be a clothes rail to hang some clothes on as when you've been travelling for a fortnight everything's looking a bit worse for wear and access to an iron would be good but otherwise perfect.

Svetlana was a wonderful host very polite got back to me when I reached out in a timely manner! House is beautiful, clean very spacious had everything you need! Back yard is huge pool is beautiful and surrounding views are awesome! Would recommend and stay again!

This is an easy place to stay. The owners live on the property, so they are very accessible and easy to communicate with. If you are frightened of dogs, this may not be your place. There is a large dog who roams the property at night. The owners are very willing to put the dog in a fenced yard if need be. The accommodations are good and the place is close to Vasquez Rock Park and a cute little area. Definitely need a car here, but it was a great stay.

I left some motorcycle gear at her place for a friend to come pick up because my flight was at 7am. She was kind enough to leave them bagged up behind the gate to be picked up later. Extremely hospitable. Thanks you!

Great host! I will definitely recommend staying at this location. My family and I were displaced from our home suddenly due to water damage and Emanuel was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire time, which helped relieve some of the stress from the whole ordeal! The home had all the amenities as described and became our second home for many months!

Lillian is an amazing host and a wonderfull person . Im glad i had the chance to meet a host like her.The house made me feel so comfortable.You can find everything you need in there. The kitchen have all the stuff you need and more than that. If i will have to stay in Lancaster again for sure will be on Lilli's house. Thank you !

Hi My family and I stayed at this location. I had explained that our daughter was flying in from Japan she’s in the United States Air Force . Some of her siblings had not seen her in 4 years. Finally she’s coming home . The host was so amazing replied right away also check in on us to see if everything was good, and if we needed anything else . His home is beautiful . Lots of space . The bedrooms are amazing . Beds are so comfortable. The back yard is so nice and clean . Has a basketball ball court. We had breakfast then went outside and played basketball with our grandson waiting for my other daughter arrival . I can honestly say this place is AMAZING. I would definitely stay again .

Valerie was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. I appreciate the fact that we were able to have our dogs there in the backyard during our state. Plenty of amenities inside the house as well and the best part is that it was only two minutes from our main home which was being remodeled and full of construction workers.

Great place to stay!

In the Antelope Valley- this is a very well done remodel of a residential garage. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood in Quartz Hill, on the west side of valley A 1 bedroom , 1 full bath, and modern kitchen with smart appliances. A remote controlled fan and a separate remote controlled AC-heat unit in both the living room and bedroom worked well. Temperature control was great. A very large screen Smart TV in living room- remember to bring log in passwords to set up your at home channels. Full size fridge, oven , dishwasher and microwave. Sufficient utensils, and dinnerware, glasses and cups, etc. Stackable modern LG washer and dryer was very efficient. Super comfy bed with a 2nd set of linens and extra blankets. A designated off street parking spot- close to front door. Well lit entry. A responsive, friendly host! Good value. Comfortable, cozy, really enjoyed the stay!

I planned a last-minute trip for my church organization, and this place turned out to be the perfect fit. The bedrooms had multiple sleeping arrangements but still felt spacious. The backyard was super cute! The neighbors behind the house were so kind and welcoming. Ernesto was incredibly accommodating, and everyone in our group loved the place. I will definitely book again in the future!

Everything as published. Very clean and compact in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive on any question and otherwise respected guest privacy. Checking in and out very simple. Would rent again.
