Villa vacation rentals in Palm Island

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

Sealand was as described in the listing in airbnb. It was clean and well equipped. Ina was very responsive before and during our stay. We will stay there again!

We came down from Maine with another couple to get some sunshine and see the Bruins and Red Sox. 😁 Great location and and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Julia was very responsive with any questions. We would stay again.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

Immediately upon arrival, I thought that the pictures did not do this place justice. It was clean, spotless, and very well stocked this house had everything we could possibly need and even things we didn’t even think we needed it, but had available. We enjoyed the location being fairly close to the beach yet private and away from The madness of the tourists. We really enjoyed sitting in the pool or on the back patio and watch all the wildlife, especially the birds coming and going. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we needed to get away from the Midwest for spring break. Thank you so much to the host For staying in communication and being so great.

Pelican's Nest is unique, a beautifully constructed and decorated house with two levels. Each level has its own bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom, as well as patios and decks with ocean views. It is perfect for or extended familiy or friend groups. There are restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops a few minute drive away. Or, take one of the two bikes that are available for your use. The nearly-deserted and lovely beach is a two minute walk away. The house is well stocked with beach gear, chairs, beach toys for kids, towels, umbrellas, etc. This is a luxury location. It was our second stay at this amzing property. Alena is helpful and friendly and will answer all your questions. One more thing: There is a toddler bed in one of the bedrooms, and a Pack n Play in the closet and high chair so you are covered if you have babies or toddlers, as we did. If you are lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house, you will love it and definitely return.

This home was perfect for our group. We had 6 adults and 5 young kids. Lots of pool toys and beach towels. Loved the shallow area in the pool for our kids and the screened in porch. We used the Golf cart and trolley to get back and forth to Siesta Key. Sean and Christine were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend their home!

Great place with plenty space a loaded kitchen and lots of beds. They do have a $200 hold on a different site than Airbnb you have to send but overall a great place.

Perfect location on Siesta Key. The condo was clean and well equipped. Check-in /check out was a breeze and Barb was very responsive. We will be back 😊

Well maintained, clean and comfy home on a beautiful beach. The area was very peaceful. Highlight of our stay was seeing a pod of dolphins within just a few feet from the shore.

The house is roomy and had plenty of space for everyone, including multiple eating spaces and nice outdoor areas, especially the breezy top floor porch with nice water and sunset views. It's truly a 5-minute max walk or 2-minute drive to a busy beach with amenities (cafe/outdoor showers/restrooms), or a 10- to 15-minute drive to the less-busy/fewer amenities beaches at the island's northern and southern ends. Also that same 2-minute drive to the grocery, two drug stores, and several restaurants. While close to a main road, at the house and even outside it was strikingly quiet and serene. The pool was nice and the game room was great to have. My one suggestion would be the addition of a designated sand-wash-off spot/hose at the front of the house near the driveway.

The location and beach access are perfect! My only complaint is that the house was way too small for 8 people but we were not inside much. Would definitely stay here again. The water was beautiful, witnessed baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean, manatees swam right up to us on multiple occasions, dolphins jumping in the distance at sunset, beautiful birds, found lots of shells, sand dollars and even a star fish. There is a nice cafe/tiki bar/gift shop just a short walk on the beach from the house. There is also a retail center a couple blocks away (walking distance) with pretty much anything you would need.

Céline's home was perfect for our family of 7. Celine was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. She went the extra mile with details around the house for us to have a such an enjoyable stay. The house is walkable to a grocery store and the public beach. Sometimes you can hear traffic but she does an amazing job with the pool and waterfall to drown out the traffic and it makes you feel like you are in your own backyard oasis! We definitely recommend staying here. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to be back. Thank you for everything Céline!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Nice clean place, priced fairly, and loaded with amenities. We'll certainly recommend it to others interested in visiting the area.

Family of four traveled to South Florida for the first time for spring break. We had an incredible time, location of the house is close enough to some beautiful beaches and cute little towns. The house itself is everything the description says. Very spacious and comfortable…the pool was a huge plus for my daughters, the water was very clean and warm. We loved the screened in porch, ate many of our meals out there and didn’t have to worry about bugs bothering us. We LOVED our stay at Yeb and Lubas place and will definitely come back!

Colleen’s accommodations included all the comforts of home. We truly enjoyed our 8 day stay. Colleen is a great host and we highly recommend doing business with her.

Really enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach I could hear the waves from our room. Meticulously clean. Beautiful decorations. Host was very nice and responsive. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and we used the grill as well. Stunning master bathroom. The beds were firm for my taste, but some people prefer that. Nice sheets and blankets. Coffee pot and keurig with everything for coffee. Lovely dishes. A bag of ice was in the freezer and there was also a bottle of wine. The outside area has a privacy fence around it so we could let the kids run around without worrying about them getting out. Nice private pool area. A few minutes away from Publix and a cute coffee shop. Nice quiet neighborhood, it’s really a perfect location. The beach is the most beautiful in Florida in my opinion and I’m a Florida local. You have to visit bean point beach to watch the sunset. It’s truly spectacular. Would definitely visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s beautiful home and really feel lucky….as well as blessed to have spent a month there! We loved our daily routine starting with walks in the quiet neighborhood and later relaxing by the pool. We visited our favorite beach on Boca Grande several times….with many gorgeous sunsets! If you are lucky enough to spend any time at Sandra’s I’m positive you’ll feel the same. The location is excellent for any day trips you may want to take. The house itself is very comfortable….and rest assured you won’t find anything she has forgotten! We are hoping to stay again…for now we’ve got great memories!!

We rented to evacuate from Boca Grande during Hurricane Milton. It was a perfect retreat with everything we needed to hunker down. The hosts were wonderful, kept in close contact with us before and after. I should note, the day of, at the last minute, we decided to evacuate to Miami. Came back two days later and were relieved to see that airbnb did not sustain damage, so able to resume our stay.
