Waterfront vacation rentals in Palm City

Location could not be better. Walkable to downtown Stuart, the Riverwalk etc. The backyard view over the river is unbeatable! Just one block off US1 gives you quick access to anything you need, yet you feel like you are miles away from a busy road. (Except for the distant trains and the occasional fire engines). Hosts were immediately responsive to questions/needs. Friendly and checked in on me without being intrusive! I was there for almost 3 weeks with various guests in and out. Was a bit worried about no "cooking facilities" but did just fine with the microwave. Restaurant leftovers and Publix prepared meals for the microwave filled the gaps. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Patrick was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved the waterfront view. Stunning at night. The place is within walking distance of a great coffee place (Gilbert's). We can’t wait to return.

This listing was exactly what our family was expecting for the week. The condo was extremely clean, spacious enough for our family, and within walking distance to the ocean and some restaurants in the area. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. It had a nice patio with a gas grill for us to use when we wanted to relax outside. Navastay was so incredibly quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. We’ve stayed at many properties over the years and it was probably the best and friendliest communication I’ve encountered. I would definitely recommend this condo to families looking to visit Hutchinson Island!

My husband and I loved our stay at Rosemary’s cozy lodge! It had everything we needed for our stay! We forgot to pack a cooler, so I had reached out to Rosemary asking if she had a small cooler we could borrow for the beach, and she immediately brought a cooler to us! She also let us borrow beach chairs, towels, and a bag! That was so sweet and generous of her to do for us! Such a fantastic host! We loved having breakfast each morning on the top deck. The canal was so beautiful and peaceful! We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Thanks again Rosemary!

Loved the decor Kitchen had everything Condo felt spacious and had lovely view Beach towels, chairs, games available Only complaint is that the bedsheets on the king size bed didn't fit the mattress and were not of a quality I'd have expected.

Beautiful, well equipped condo. Everything you'll need for a beach vacation- beach chairs, beach towels, etc. and a beautiful view of the ocean! Cailun was very responsive to our needs. I messaged her that I couldn't find any dish detergent and within a few hours she had instacart deliver a bottle to our door - along with a bar of chocolate! Great host and great condo!

Happy about everything with the rental I just wish the weather would have been better to enjoy it even more would definitely recommend it

Perfect house for a family of five heading to Mets spring training. The kids loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the screened in porch. Highly recommend.

Lovely home! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the backyard; especially sitting in the chairs facing the canal.

Definitely had everything we needed & more. We like to get groceries & cook & it was well supplied with pans & utensils & the things we needed. The house was in a lovely neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to the beach or just walk around the neighborhood. Loved fishing from the canal & enjoying the back patio. We will be back - we loved it! This house was BEAUTIFUL. Looks freshly remodeled inside. Kitchen was spectacular - looked stunning but also had every piece of cookware we could possibly need. The living room was just as pictured and had a beautiful view of the backyard. The home has SO many windows and the house is setup around the pool - so you have a great view of the pool and canal at all times. The best part of the house was the backyard, pool, SO much outdoor seating, swings for the kids, cornhole and yard games. We really spent the entire week out here. The pool wasn't heated which was a little bit of a bummer but if we hadn't had such chilly weather all week - we probably wouldn't have even noticed. Rental company was fantastic about communicating. Highly recommend this home. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was wonderful. It is so well stocked and they are so very helpful for absolutely everything. They make it very personalized!

Tyler's place was exactly as pictured. The location was ideal with direct access to Carlin Park, short walk to the beach, and a very clean pool on property. Spacious condo that was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area. Offered all the amenities we could need or want. Tyler was incredibly responsive the entire time and made our stay easy and stress free. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described in the listing and nicely decorated and had everything in it you would need to cook if you would like. You can be as active as you would like. They have yoga and exercise classes and the pools were nice and warm and golf for those that golf. The gym was very nice and all new. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Patrice's place and woud stay again.

402 at Island Beach Resort is a beautiful condo, right on the ocean with a gorgeous view from every room. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The beach is endless. The pool is on the cold side, although the area is lovely. (This may have been because the weather was quite cool while we were there.) We were so sorry to leave.

Lovely condo in a great location. Perfect quiet spot but within walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. David the host was excellent at communicating and offered early check in. Condo was stocked with lots of helpful bits to get us started such as toilet rolls, washing liquids and makeup wipes. Parking was easy and instructions for check in and check out were clear. The local restaurant twisted tuna was also a great spot for lunch. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended to family and friends.
