Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Palm Bay

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. Really enjoyed the dock! Lots of great areas around to enjoy nature. Hoping to return when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Overall a great stay.

This a calm place, away from the hustle bustle with great restaurants in the area. Breakfast's with view of the canal was my favorite part of it. the place is clean and as advertised. John was great to work with and was very responsive with questions we had for him. We would totally return if we're back in the area

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

The Place was wonderful felt right at home and I would stay here again

The place was spacious and cozy, and although the place had a peculiar smell, probably because they are pet friendly, that didn’t pose an issue for us. A big plus the patio had sidewalk netting and we had access to the garage. All in all, a great stay.

Great little place that worked perfectly for what we needed! My family and I stayed the night before our cruise. It was the perfect distance to save on some driving in the morning. Super clean and family friendly! 😊

The property was perfect! It’s was walkable to Eau Gallie and the grounds are gorgeous. We opened the window one evening for a picturesque view of the lagoon with the moon shining down. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were just what we needed and the room was quiet. The host, KC was responsive and friendly. We appreciated our place.

Sherman and Marlene’s place is exactly as described. An oasis of peace and beauty. The Atlantic Ocean and beach is literally off the deck in the back. Great restaurants are all nearby as well as a Publix across the street. Marlene walked us through the place with many helpful hints for our stay. The place is spotless with all the amenities you could desire. Much care was put into this location. The best part is Marlene and Sherman are wonderful people who will make you feel welcome and are always available if you need anything. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.

We enjoyed our stay! It was so nice having a yard and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the river. The ocean is across the street and it was great to be able have a short walk to get there. The host was responsive and accommodating. I hope to visit this property again.

Great location!

My wife and I spent a second vacation at Patty's place in 4 years. It is a beautiful apartment for 2 in the heart of Melbourn, a short drive to many local beaches (Sebastian Inlet Park is the must-see place) and close to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando attractions. Patty made the stay super comfortable with convenient check-in and check-out, fast Internet, and two conditioners in the unit. And the balcony overlooking the backyard is a great place to start the day with morning coffee!

Great stay right next to the beach! Franco was responsive and eager to answer questions. Place was clean and couldn't recommend it more!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, peaceful and had everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

Leigh Anne & Mick's place is amazing! Gorgeous view and perfect amenities. If you are looking for a stone's throw from the beach walk and serenity this is the spot!

David’s place is absolutely beautiful and just as described. Response time was great and I received clear instructions. Check in was easy. Everything was provided that we needed and everything was very clean. My husband and I stayed for 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. We had a very relaxing time. Sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was peaceful. David’s place is a very nice place to unwind. I stayed at David’s place last year and this year and I hope to return again.

This condo was amazing. Much more spacious than the pictures show. The location was perfect (away from the Cocoa Beach crowds/traffic) and the beach views from the living room were peaceful. We were even able to watch two Space X space launches just steps from the back porch! Jeanne was an amazing host. When I explained my wheelchair bound hopped to visit, she made the extra effort to troubleshoot some logistical issues-to include providing photos of workarounds…which made it possible for her to visit us at the Air B& B. We plan to find another opportunity to stay there again! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Kay's condo. It was lovely, clean and well-stocked with all the necessary items for a short stay. I appreciated the spotless well-supplied kitchen, and the "beach closet" with beach chairs, boogie boards and even sunscreen. The unit was only steps away from the spectacular beach, and a short walk to the quirky "downtown" Cocoa Beach. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Michelle's comfy, clean condo was perfect for me. Walkable to downtown and straight shot to beaches and Indialantic spots. She quickly responded to questions, proactively reached out to check that everything was ok. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
