Stayed for 2 days, Mr. Kish was very friendly person and responses were very quick from his side, and Care taker Ramesh is super proactive, very nice guy and supportive, our checkin and checkout went very smoothly, place is extremely nice and very calm, peaceful and private. Very nice place for family get together parties and for friends and any kind of events. Very big bungalow and nice greenery around. Overall our stay at retreat was super awesome. Thanks to host Kish and care taker Ramesh .

One of the best part of the stay would be your host, Maheshan uncle & Reena aunty. They are super friendly and very accommodative. They will try their best to help us as much as possible .I wish I could stay with them for longer. It was an amazing experience staying at their ancestral home which is very well maintained. Commutation to the place after reaching nearest railways station is via bus/auto. Parking space is available on the premise so can bring your own vehicles. Roads are good. If you want to rent out bike or car, make sure to request in advance. They will try to help arrange for a rental, if you are not brining your own vehicle. Pleasant and calm place. Climate is typical tropical though. Hot summers. Basic grocery available at walkable distance. If you travel lil distance there are big supermarkets. Premise has Power back up. Fridge & Washing machine. Basic Cutlery in the kitchen with stove Broadband internet with Wi-Fi

We had an excellent stay at Dija's place! My friends and I truly impressed by the exceptional hosting experience, which made us feel warmly welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. Upon arrival, Dija's brother gave us a warm welcome and provided a comprehensive tour of the house, ensuring we were familiar with all its features. Additionally, Dija's husband called us during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and all amenities were provided to meet our needs. The house itself is beautifully designed to capture the stunning sunrise views, which became the highlight of our morning. The environment is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, offering a perfect sense of isolation. Despite this, it is conveniently located, with essential shops just a 5-minute drive away. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the thoughtfully designed property and exceptional hosting, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended and We look forward to visiting again!

From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel like family. The property is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We were provided with a thorough tour of the place, ensuring we felt comfortable and at ease. What truly made our stay special was the host’s exceptional hospitality. She treated us to local delicacies, including a traditional dish we couldn't find anywhere else in the city. Her kindness is something that has left a lasting impression. It is difficult to put into words how magical, wildly beautiful, and peaceful this place is. I’ve never been anywhere like it. Doc is the most extraordinarily wonderful host, perfect communication, so kind and helpful and welcoming. He does everything to make your stay perfect. The bungalow is so charming with so many lovely details, You can feel all the care and artistry that has gone into it. food is absolutely amazing. Valiyaparamba is so pure and unspoiled and serene. I was in love the moment I arrived and the stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way. So grateful to have discovered this paradise- i cannot wait to return!

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

Our stay at this Airbnb was just what we needed.The sunrise view every morning was delightful and we could see the moon's clear reflection at night too.The birds chirping in the morning and returning to their nests in the evening added a nice touch to the atmosphere.The accommodation was simple but clean and comfortable. Additionally, the morning walks through the rubber plantations were a calm experience too. We had a pleasant overall experience and would recommend it for a peaceful getaway. The house and amenities are basic like the host already mentioned. You will find basic utensils for cooking if you don’t mind, but better get items from nearest town, since there aren’t any options near by. Great place to disconnect - which met our sole purpose of our visit. We hope to return soon!
