Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pakoštane

The apartment is fully equipped, with lots of love for detail. The hosts are super helpful and give good tips for possible excursion destinations and activities. We were able to ask the hosts a lot before the trip, e.g. if there is a washing machine, what kind of coffee machine there is and otherwise they were always open to any questions. For families with children (even small children), the island of Preko and Pashman is great, as there are some sandy beaches (e.g. Nevidane), shopping and restaurants are everywhere. Should you use a rental car - as small as possible, as there are very narrow streets in the villages. Also Zadar is worth a little trip walking distance, the old town offers something for everyone.

Great location, and good beds

Nice apartment, exactly like the pictures. Good beds! Some noise from outside because you are right in the center. It didn't bother us much.

Tidy and super clean apartment, nicer than the pictures. It has all the amenities that are written. Lara is a great host, responsive and the instructions she gave us were easy to follow. If I come to Zadar again, I will definitely choose this space again. I'm very satisfied, the value for money is 10/10! I recommend this space to anyone.😁

Very good accommodation, in a great location. The sea is a 3-minute walk away, you just have to go the steps to access a cove. A beach is within a 5-minute walk. Quiet, clean accommodation, large terrace with sea view. Boris is friendly.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. We had a fantastic stay at Franciska and Toni's place in Zadar. The apartment was clean, well appointed and in an excellent location — it takes just a few minutes to walk across the bridge to the old town. The parking garage is also very close, as are grocers and other convenience stores. A crib was set up for our son before we arrived, which was very much appreciated (and the apartment had toys he could play with!) Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We'd definitely love to return in the future.

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

Our stay at Goran and Nikolina's was great. The place absolutely met our expectations, was very modern and absolutely clean. The garden with hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the two was totally straightforward, they were very helpful and always available. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back! A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Excellent, really great host and property

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Martina's place was great. We were three young girls and had everything we needed in the apartment. The central location is not only closed. Shopping great but also for the beach, the old town and going to celebrate. We thoroughly enjoyed being there
