Condo vacation rentals in Pajaro Dunes

Very comfortable stay with high quality amenities, an unbelievable view, and close proximity to the beach. It was a very relaxing space. We stayed with an active 13 month old and it was very manageable and we were able to keep her safe. Definitely a family friendly spot to stay.

The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

We love it, and we love Robert. He is the best host ever. He guides you through everything. You can FaceTime him. You can call him anytime. He will answer. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time we've stayed At The Dunes. We love this place! It is big enough to fit myself and staff comfortably, and we are not on top of each other. The host was super responsive when we asked about things, and even brought us complimentary wood for the fireplace, which we loved at night! We will be coming back every year!

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

Theresa’s home was even better than expected. The views were unreal! Super cozy and quiet place, with thoughtful amenities throughout. As others mentioned, the bed was very comfortable so we slept great every night. We loved walking down to the coffee shop every morning and running along the beach. Thank you and we will be back!

Irene and Gary were thoughtful, welcoming hosts on their lovely property. The suite is stocked with all the comforts of home and organized efficiently and comfortably. It is fashionably decorated and easy to settle into. I hope to return again!

I spent two nights at Julia's place. The room was very clean and spacious. Julia communicated well and the check in / check out process was seamless. The location is 5 mins or less from downtown Carmel which was super convenient. This is a perfect place for a solo travel or couple who needs a nice place to land / sleep while exploring the area.

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

Great location right in the heart of Capitola with covered, designated parking that's off the street. Walkable to Capitola beach and near lots of great restaurants. Five minute drive to Target and a grocery store in case you forgot some essentials. Hosts were responsive and proactive about checking in.

My family had a wonderful time staying at Joanne's place in Seascape! This was a Christmas gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the condo. The space was very comfortable for our group of five adults, with room to relax in the living room and eat together at the dining table. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals. One standout feature was the projector, which was a great addition for movie nights. The only downside was that the WiFi connection for the projector was a bit spotty. Joanne was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Where do I start ... I tried to escape the fires in LA as I live in Calabasas, right over the hill from Malibu. Bad air and smoke had me congested and coughing, so I took off up north to breathe. I got so sick, went to the emergency clinic near by in Santa Cruz , and had caught Influenza A that was headed towards pneumonia. I was stuck in David's beautiful space, but looking out at the water helped me heal. I never made it to the beach, but can say that David is the best host ever! Fortunately, the condo was avail, and I stayed a few more days until I could have someone drive me back home. I want to come back when I can take advantage of everything the area has to offer. But wow, David is the best host ever! Holly

This is a "home run" sort of airbnb. I was trying to plan future trips around staying here within 20 mins of checking in. good sign! very organized, and feels like home without the clutter. Peaceful ocean view from the living room patio and bedroom. I was doing a staycation and I liked it so much I added on another day. don't second guess just book it. book it. book it!!!!! I'd be surprised if you didn't thoroughly enjoy all that it has to offer. wonderful communicative hosts. thank you for a great get away. Love your place and I am picky! Being a Realtor and going into lots of homes I can truly appreciate it when someone does it right.

Great location! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our living room and the balcony and the kitchen area. We enjoyed the nearby shops, beach and restaurants . The bed, sheets, pillows and bedding were super comfortable and very good quality. We enjoyed the fireplace, all of the space really and we look forward to returning. There were ample hooks for towels, jackets etc and thats nice. The furniture appeared new, was comfortable and very nice. There were just two of us but the space could easily accommodate 4. We had a king bed, the extra (murphy) bed was very cool, a nice piece of furniture. There were swivel chairs on the balcony and they were great. We dined on the balcony, so very nice.

Beyond perfect! Every small detail…beautifully decorated throughout; kitchen well stocked with pans/spices/espresso etc…even a stocked mini fridge & bar, beautiful view of the ocean from 2 balconies. The bedrooms are great, the showers, the toilets…easily the nicest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in. Annie responded immediately to any question

Wonderful location; resort itself not terribly responsive or friendly because this was a private rental. The resort refused to provide luggage rack to unload personal effects. Otherwise the unit was clean, well appointed and decorated; gorgeous views from balcony; quiet, close to everything.. we had a great time Thank you to my hosts Monica M.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
