We had a fantastic stay at Tonya gorgeous house. It was really well equipped and we found everything we needed. The location was perfect with a short walk into Russell. We loved it!

Leah and Neil's place was perfect! We have a large family and it was plenty big enough for all of us, with the kids loving a play in the back yard. The location is awesome, nice and quiet but only a few mins from Town Basin. The house was really well stocked with everything you could need. Leah and Neil were very quick to respond to any questions as well. We would definitely like to come stay again.

Perfect place to stay in the perfect location!

Michaela and Dan’s beautiful house was great for our three day stay (family group of four couples and two young children). Conveniently close to Paihia and also fully equipped with everything we needed plus extra touches to make us feel at home.

Comfort on Cobham was everything we wanted. It is close to the shopping centre and all tourist spots are easy to get to. The residence is private, clean and well fitted out with everything we needed and the hosts were friendly and helpful.

Wow what a delightful little pocket of serene paradise. Coming from the city and fast lane of hustle and bustle this place was definitely a slice of heaven. Thank you so much Gordy and Carol. The communication was awesome. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet you in person however your beautiful little retreat says it all about you both. Just a little side comment not that it mattered the internet wasn’t up due to previous ones who had played around with the settings. Yet the communication was on point. Would I stay there again? Of course I would and would recommend this to anyone🙌

This is a great place - large room and bathroom, good views to the sandhills, and close to a very good restaurant. Bruce was most welcoming and friendly and gave us good advice on places to go.

Had a wonderful stay here with our mother in law. Absolutely sensational views of water activities and the wharf near by to do a day trip to russell and catch many of the day tours without having to drive and find a park. The place was clean and tidy on arrival. Bedrooms and bathrooms are up a flight of stairs so accessibility would be a problem. The main bed was soft but that seems to be a thing here in Auckland- we like medium to hard with bad backs. Otherwise loved the place, Paihia and the bay of islands with the very best intention of returning. 🙂

Beautiful apartment in a charming town. So comfortable, wished we could have stayed longer.

From the beginning to the end of our stay at Leone and Mark's place, everything went very well. Very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts, the studio exactly as described, spotlessly clean, comfortable. Perfect for us both. It is simple and relatively basic but the view is magnificent, the beach on the doorstep and it's worth it just for that! They also lent us bikes which was an added bonus. We would love to come back.

Having toured around the local area, I think that Gavin’s place must be the most charming, private and romantic place to stay in the Bay of Islands. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and we felt privileged to be guests there. The kitchen is superbly appointed and kitted out, and we enjoyed cooking on the BBQ on the deck overlooking the yacht harbour. A million thanks for sharing your special place with us, Gavin!

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

Linda is a lovely host, I mentioned it was my partner's birthday (that is why we were staying) and she organised balloons, chocolates & there was an awesome welcome bottle of bubbles for us to share too when we arrived. Also, it's in a great location, we were right across from the beach. Nice place to go and reset! Thanks for having us.

We loved our stay! Lovely clean apartment, located in a quiet spot with a view of the harbour. Super comfortable bed with quality linen. It was the perfect relaxing break that we needed. And our pooch 🐶 had the best holiday too. Thank you Vicki!

A lovely home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Come for the home stay for the view! A spectacular vista, from the Whiria Pa, across the harbour to the golden sand dunes. Also, a great selection of books to while away the hours 🙂 We had the generous bonus of using the down stairs spa as there were no guests. perfect!

My mum lives in Ruakaka so Tony and Nora’s is a great spot for us to stay. Comfy bed, good shower, very private and great views. If you are couple we highly recommend this place.
