Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Pai District

Amazing place, simple, clean and nicely decorated. The apartment has 2 real bedrooms, and a small desk in one of the rooms for works. Stable WiFi for remote work. We stayed here a family of 3 and kept expanding to more than two months. Check out the special monthly price during off season. Lastly, the hosts are super chilled and relaxed, taking care of anything from drinking water to cleaning service ( extra charge ).

This was a great stay. Felt right at home and super close to the center of you rent a bike. Only issue we had were the pesky ants who kept coming back but other than that I would stay here again!

Ange is the *best* host I’ve ever had! So friendly, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. The place is just what I was looking for, and a lovely walk in to town. It’s just far away enough to have some space and peace from the town center, but close enough to tune in when you want to. It’s been perfect to rest, relax, and do my work. Pai is amazing, and I couldn’t recommend Ange enough to be your host 💛

2 week stay with my family of 4 in the big bungalow. A nice quiet space and location on the northern edge of Pai. 20 min walk into main town or a short scooter. Great outdoor kitchen and sitting area to watch the cows and birds. The bungalow was very clean and Noi also cleaned whilst we went away for a couple of nights. All amenities worked well and there was A/C in the living room and a hot shower - which weren't included in the description - so that was great. We used the nice pool across the road almost everyday for a small fee (50b for kids and 100b for adults). Recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay in Pai.

Perfect House if you want to be near the square but also have a quiet sleep at night. Small kitchen and standard shower but you don’t need much more! Small balcony area and 2 big comfy beds! Perfect what you need and very good for the price! Will stay again!😀

Thank you very much for the wonderful time in utopai. Everything was clean and I have rarely seen such a beautiful place. The hosts Mon and Griff were also very warm and helpful. There were three of us staying two nights at Rina's. We were initially unsure which of the two Airbnbs is ours, as both were open and the photos could have inferred from both. However, we were able to assign it based on the description. The house is much bigger than you think from the photo - a palace with several terraces, garden, balcony and each room has a separate bathroom. But the pool is very small and very cold, rather than decoration beautiful. Very quiet and close to nature, but you are in the city in 5 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something special in Pai. But you absolutely need a car/scooter.

really enjoyed her stay here. The beds were hard but we slept really good. the owner was extremely responsive and helped every step of the way. there isn't great hot water in the shower. it's only warm. and the doorknobs are strange and hard to work with from the inside of the building. but honestly, I had a wonderful stay here and I would come back again.

pros: Great spot with relaxing mountain views! Unit very cozy and perfect for our family of 3. Great pool and friendly staff. So quiet at night, with lots of butterflies and dragonflies in the daytime. cons: Encountered issues finding the place, as the Copy Address feature from the listing leads to the Hot Spring Park, way out of town. Typing the name into Goolge Maps solved the problem. Also, the resort backs on to a sand / gravel storage site, so there was a bulldozer waking us up at 8 each morning for about half an hour.

Greatly enjoyed my stay! Patcharin and her team were very hospitable and professional at making the experience a memorable one. The land is abundant and nourishing. Rooms were tended to, water was provided and the energy was very wholesome and relaxing. This is a relatively budget forward room option- the showers are rarely hot but never cold (a Thai standard). However, the rooms are quaint yet so homey, cozy and comfortable. The WiFi is mostly always strong and consistent. Thanks so much to Patcharin and her team.

Had a lovely stay at xpai after our previous accommodation in Pai failed to deliver hot water 🫠 check in was easy, the hotel staff is lovely and helpful! Happy to report showers are HOT. Only note is that this is a popular stay for young travelers so a couple nights were a little bit noisy but nothing crazy.

wonderful little villas overlooking fields and nature, close to river pai. the area is breathtaking, away from the crowds but nice cafés and restaurants and walking street are just a 5min scooter drive away. the pool is amazing and the staff is wonderful, we loved it soo so much! it’s also the perfect place to stay for long term…. thanks for having us ❤️

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

Ban Dalah is a peaceful haven away from the bustle of Pai. Nice views and great environment to relax, swim, sauna… Room was very comfortable and the wifi was fast. Garry is super helpful and friendly, he helped me out a lot and was always around the resort. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a getaway!

Our stay at this mesmerizing place was too short. But you don't need too much time to fell in love with Ban Dalah. As soon as you step inside the premises, the feeling of the peace and comfort overwhelms you. Garry is a wonderful host! The room is tastefully decorated, like everything else on the property, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini fridge, kitchen sink and the most important - the balcony with the stunning view of the rice fields and the mountains. The hot water in shower is available 24x7. The common area is designed in the such way, that the visitors could fell into meditative and rejuvenative state without any extra effort. Please note, that the place is completely renovated and now under the new management since November 2023. All reviews before November 2023 (positive or negative) We definitely would love to come next year and stay much-much-much longer. I highly recommend this oasis!
