Very accommodating hosts, very fast to reply, all around great stay 10/10

The condo is spectacular, the apartment is the same as in the photos, the cleanliness is impeccable, the beds are very comfortable, the complex is very quiet and it is close to a night market that opens every day, the host is very attentive, I would definitely repeat the place

I have only positive things to say about Nat and her space for guests. The unit itself is very spacious throughout and is well laid out. Our group of 4 were immediately impressed when we walked in and felt right at home. Nat provides a beautiful and a super clean space, so much that we were sad to leave! She provides all that is needed for a nice stay. Everything is kept immaculately and the space has been very thoughtfully renovated. As for the location, it's perfect. It's located in a central area but is also situated on a quieter street so it's a nice balance. There is a courtyard downstairs with a French cafe/bistro that offers a nice ambience to the unit. There are nice screens so you can open all the sliding doors. As well, Nat is a superior host. She is very thorough in her instructions and is attentive in her responses. She is also extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this place and we cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. We didn't need communication during the stay-but the times we wrote together before, there was quick response time. Generally a nice apartment, but what you needed.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

A tranquil place 100% suitable for my family and will choose it again if I ever revisit the city. The highlight is the beautiful lawn and a sublime big tree, I can see the gardeners put a lot of effort to maintain it. Convenient to breakfast place and a fancy restaurant. It’s been pleasant.

The hosts were extremely accommodating if arriving in town early. We were able to drop luggage off and it be secure. Beds were comfortable, 3 bathrooms and 3 bdrms and walkable to Sunday night market. We used the boutique hotel as a land mark for any transfer we used which made it so easy for pick up reference

The Grand Pearl was the perfect place to have a down day for our family. We did not feel at home but we felt like we walked into the lap of luxury!! Everything was fabulous- the kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the views of the mountains, very easy safe feeling walk into town. We loved eating at Living the Dream- great place for kids to play while you relax!! With 6 people you need to think about the gate key before you separate!! We learned we could leave the key in the lockbox and step over the sensor where the gate closes!! We were flying to Phuket at 9:45 pm so we rented for an extra night for late checkout. It proved to be an excellent idea. With six of us traveling together everyone had their perfect last day in Chiang Mai - the kids and dad stayed at the house and relaxed!! The 3 girls went out to explore waterfalls!!

Loved the place here. Perfect for a private peaceful getaway. The road was easy to find. The house keeper took good care of it and quickly.

Nice place and will back again

The landlord couple was particularly enthusiastic, because we arrived the night of the year, a temporary booking, the host couple ran back to receive us all year round, also proactively recommend good and fun, it was very nice!

Walt was an amazing host. He messaged before and after the trip and was very responsive to questions. He provided a long list of local recommendations. He allowed us to store our luggage before and after our stay. The home was beautiful from the outside and inside. Very modern and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Downstairs master used the downstairs bathroom so not as private but the two upstairs rooms had private bathrooms. Each room had an AC unit so house was cool. House had a washer but we didn’t use. We would stay here again if in Chiang Mai again.

I had a really good stay for a month:) There is a Central Festival on foot, so it is easy to live No matter what you call Grab Bolt, it's fixed right away, so it's not difficult to move around. Water delivery is possible, and the main pool is sunny, so it's not too cold to swim in December. I like that the sunlight in the accommodation is so good the whole time. As a southern-facing accommodation, you can see the main pool from the veranda. The interior is the same accommodation as the photos, and there are rice cookers and dryers. Kitchen utensils are also provided, but the pots and pans look old and difficult to use. I bought and used two frying pans and a cutting board knife, etc. There was no place to put my shoes, so I bought a rack and left it. There are a few cleaning tools, and they provide about 6 large towels and small towels, but the laundry is dry, so you can use it enough for 2 people. However, if you are sensitive, please bring extra. The owner of the accommodation was very kind, and I want to use it again if I have a chance next time.

Martin was probably the kindest host I've ever had on Airbnb. He kept checking everything was going well and when there was some issue, he made arrangements to fix it immediately. The flat was clean, modern and in a very calm, authentic neighbourhood. There is a desk with a comfy chair for working from home, WiFi was running fast and smoothly. I truly appreciated the air cleaning machine in the flat, very handy in the starting burning season. The flat is a bit further from the centre, so I was using Grab bike sharing a lot, but it was so much fun! :) Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come again. Thank you for everything.

Amazing flat in a well organised apartment building. The swimming pool, garden and gym are located on a last floor with stunning view on Chiang Mai and mountains. Quick, easy and friendly communication with hosts. Good location.

It was great. There are a lot of places with dirty floors, but this place was so clean. Spacious and pleasant accommodation. Clean and well-maintained items and clean beds. Everything was great. The location is good and the security is good. There's no wood. ^ ^ I had a comfortable stay for two weeks. I think I'll come again next time!

It is a little way from the ancient city, but the environment here is great, the public facilities pool, gym are all unexpectedly satisfied😊😊 The room is clean and tidy, and the room price is very good! The host was very nice and quick communication👍

We enjoyed staying at Mr Bobs place. He was very communicative. The building is a bit older than we thought, but overall everything was fine and it was an easy walk or ride to lots of good places to explore. Thanks!

It was my second time staying in this apartment and it was really great. Pim & Milan are amazing hosts and communicating with them is very easy and quick. The condo is very nice, everything one needs is there and as it’s located near the Highway, any location in Chiang Mai is very easy to reach. If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend staying in this apartment!
