I enjoyed my stay at Annis apartment, she was communicated very well and the check-in was flexible and super easy with a code. the apartment was nice and clean and had everything I needed. just the kitchen cabinet was a little smelly.

Met the expectations and comforts for our family trip. Efficient separation and location of the place, as it could be reached by walking or with local mototaxi. I would recommend wearing double bath clothes in case it is in the plans and in the season enter the waterfalls, as due to the current climate it was not possible to dry in its entirety and we required it for the tours. In short, pleasant experience and guide for a first time traveler to Oxapampa.

The apartment is just like the photos, very modern and perfectly furnished with everything you need to have a good stay. The rooms in the apartment are spacious and very cozy. The location is very good, you can get to the plaza by walking. I 100% recommend the place, just keep in mind that it is on a fourth floor so it will have to climb several steps, but it's worth it.

Excellent accommodation, very cozy and with all amenities. Juan Carlos and his mom were very attentive at all times, they recommended a very good restaurant and places to visit. Highly recommended.

It's a good price-value location . It's a minimalist appartment with a view at the green mountain , where you can see the fog every morning . Kitchen has everything that needed . Internet is fine even though works well only in hall and one bedroom. Piecefull place to make your mind and be in calm . Bycicle rent for several days gives you a discount . Maxi , owner's dog, which lives behind the fence is friendly . Annie landlord is very helpful . they evenhave a solution for early check-in and late check-out : a separate room for a comfortable wait. I had checkout at 10 a.m. and she let me stay in that room with a toilet and tea access till 20.00. Before my bus departure . One thing to consider : Coming back home at night may not be safe , as street dogs are barking at you and try to attack . It's better to take taxi at night . During the day the road from center is quiet dusty to walk , but if you take taxi for 2-4 doles it's fine . I recommend the place !
