Ana Silvia’s apartment in Gijon is perfectly located, well maintained, very clean and perfect for large families. What stood out about our stay was the hosts’ responsiveness to our needs and the many excellent recommendations they provided about things to do in the area, places to eat and other surrounding cities to visit in the area. We tried several suggestions and all of them were outstanding. We were able to maximize our time in Gijon and the surrounding area through the hosts’ suggestions. While there may be other well located apartments in Gijón, the hosts’ willingness to go above and beyond in guiding their guests through the region is a real difference maker.

Ivan was responsive and very nice. His place is a lovely, reformed apartment in a great location. We appreciated his recommendations for restaurants. We loved Aviles and hope to return.

Xurde and Rocío are amazing hosts. Since we booked they were very attentive and communicative, always kind and answering every question. The accommodation is perfect. Very comfortable, everything is very new and clean. It is a quiet little house in a very pleasant environment. We were very comfortable and will definitely repeat!

Undoubtedly the best place we have had, if we were to return to Oviedo we would repeat with Elena. Very friendly, friendly and predisposed to any questions we needed...very good recommendations for lunch and dinner there. Everything is very clean, it has the smallest details, elevator to the direct floor from the parking lot. We were delighted with the experience. Great location,downtown and bus and train stations. Well located,close to the village and well connected to other places of interest( bowls, lastres, gijon,etc...)Having private parking made it easy for us to move. The house was very clean and basic things are appreciated in the kitchen and bathroom. I even leave milk and cookies. Our dogs really enjoyed the surroundings and we really enjoyed the terrace with beautiful views. We will definitely repeat.

The apartment was as instructed by Letty, she was very attentive to us and always attentive to anything. Everything was perfectly clean and equipped even more than the essentials, it had everything. Letty recommended several places to see and restaurants. Definitely a go back to.

beach front line accommodation, a little old but well cared for and with everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some cocacolas , detergent, gel,...even 4 freshly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and there is no trip to the super. The great location, on the beachfront and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

we stayed 9 nights and we have a great time. plenty to do around. tenis, swimming, basketball. The beach is a 5 mins drive and it is a great beach.

Until today I had not been able to leave the varoración. We were wonderfully, with a very nice garden and pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is spotless, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and easy to access as well. We are very grateful for the welcome that María and José gave us. Absolutely recommendable of course. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will repeat for sure. Thank you very much.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.
