We had the most amazing Christmas family getaway at the Lake Escape. It was a picture perfect winter escape for the holidays. Luis was always responsive to any queries and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend this place. Would love to return in the fall to see the beautiful autumn colours. 5 Star for sure

We loved the space, perfect for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay chez Sacha. The home is lovely and unique. The spa-like feel made it a perfect place to unwind. Our family of six were very comfortable. There were numerous spots to sit comfortably. The massage chairs and lounge square were big hits. The main space is not large but perfectly laid out so we could all feel connected or enjoy some quiet time. Yoga mats and the foam roller really added to the vibe. The view from every window was spectacular! We walked to the lake on the lovely trail and it was so pretty. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept well. WiFi was great. The sound bar was nice for music.Sacha’s little jar of gratitude sayings was a lovely touch. Our eldest son lives in Ottawa. We will definitely head back to Sacha’s for out of Ottawa visits. I can only imagine e the space will be spectacular in the summer. And it can hold eight!

We had a lovely stay at Brenda's place over the Christmas & New Year Holiday. Brenda even had a live Christmas tree set up for us which was a real treat. Everything we needed was available and Brenda always was quick to reply to any of our questions. We would highly recommend her house. Thanks Brenda

This place was perfect to meet our needs. It was very clean and very comfortable. There were so many options for seating. Open concept so you could enjoy being together. It was easy to find. Quiet apart from the traffic on the road. The kitchen was well stocked to with anything we would needs. We will absolutely be booking this place the next time we visit our family.

Extremely new and spotless. Beds were foam and I found them comfy. Kitchen had everything you needed, and there were extra sheets for my son who wanted to sleep on the sofa bed. MK provided scent free detergent and got probably new sheets and towels for my asthmatic son and he had no attacks while he was staying there. One of the rooms had some sort of air purifier machine and that went off every so often so it could be noisy for some people but we got used to it the second night and was able to sleep through it. Parking was on the other side of the street and at times it could be full but it worked out for us. Overall a had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Christine communicated well and provided a list of all requirements. The lake and dock is absolutely perfect. A few steps down to the water but the shallow waterfront makes up for it. Awesome spots for kids to be swimming without worry. Lots of space.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb during our Christmas holidays! The house was absolutely amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our family gathering. The fireplace was such a cozy centerpiece, and we spent many evenings enjoying its warmth. The kitchen was a dream, fully equipped and with a big table where we could all come together for meals and games. The sauna and hot tub were definite highlights, providing the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our questions. There was plenty of firewood, and the house was stocked with entertainment options that kept both the kids and teens happy throughout the trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This home truly made our holiday magical, and we’re already dreaming of coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Our group of 12 just stay at this beautiful lake house , and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property was designed with both comfort and adventure in mind, the house is located 10 minutes from Barry's bay. The surrounding snow covered landscape was absolutely stunning and ideal for winter activities, the snowmobile trail s, near was easily accessible and provided hours of fun for the group the House is spacious, clean and equipped with modern amenities, The kitchen was well-stocked , comfortable beds ensuring everyone had a good nights rest If you are looking for a winter escape with plenty of activities and a welcoming, well-maintained home base this lake house is the perfect choice, we are already planning our next trip back rating 5/5

The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a few meters away it counts with a private bathroom. The house is located in a new and quiet development. It is advisable to go with a car. Rollinz was a very courteous and immediate communication host for any inquiry. I will definitely be staying at her home again on my next trip to Ottawa. Absolutely recommend it!

The Air Bnb was fantastic. The setting was stunning, and even tho the beach wasn’t really swimmable the view was gorgeous from the deck and the kids enjoyed walking down to the beach and checking out the frogs along the way. (We drove a short distance away to swim). The house was clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. It was perfect for our two families!
